现在的我也属于充满压力的初三，在两个月后，就要面临人生的第一次考验。生活周遭的人给我的压力当然是不可小看，考不好，就像项羽一样，无谚见江东父老。但那都只是外在的压力，在庞大的，还是来自于自己，因为自己才是最清楚明白自己的实力到哪，考不好时，可以多避他人的责备，却多不掉自身的懊悔、痛苦。
常常会告诉别人要想开一点，但其实大部分都是在对自己说。“人比人，会气死人。”世界上高手那么多，要成为第一也非常地困难，听完老师的这句话后，才觉得自己以前真是太聪明了，完全忘了真正的对手是自己，只要对得起自己，尽了全力，还是失败的话，哪又甚么关系呢？
所以在面对考试时，我只要觉得努力付出了，我无愧于心，反而让我知道该更用功，更努力，让我跟它和平相处。

译文：今天，我在淘宝网看到很美味的草莓。我第一时间跟我自己最爱的人分享了。他很喜欢。可是他没有吃过这种草莓。这种草莓的'味道是牛奶味的。他觉得这很奇怪。所以他想尝尝这种草莓。而且价格也不昂贵，还有5元的红包。我觉得很值得。所以，我打算给他买一箱的草莓。一共是5斤的草莓。我想他收到的时候一定会很开心吧。一定会感觉到很幸福，很惊喜吧！我觉得，花费一点点的钱就可以给自己最爱的人一个惊喜，这是很美好的事情。不过，草莓一定要尽快的吃完。5斤的草莓一共是100个左右，要看草莓的大小和它的重量。草莓是易腐蚀的食品，所以要放进冰箱里。但是在冰箱里的草莓也不能保存很长一段时间。

压力无所不在，有时亲友不经意的一句话，就会变成你压力来源，像“期望”就是一种无形的压力。大人们希望我们努力用功读书，做个有用的人，此时我们内心深处就会产生一种想实现大人期望的想法，因此在学业上，你会更努力成绩一定会进步，在工作上也能会有更好的表现，它让我们发奋图强、奋发向上，创造出令人意想不到的效果。
但是过大的`压力也有很严重的副作用，举例来说，它就好像吃饭一样，摄取适量的营养对身体有好处，但摄取过量反而又害身体；也就是说当你受到过多的压力时，这时你的心里就会受到影响，不但无法进步，还会使你活在别人设定的框架中，失去自我不敢面对现实。
虽然压力会带给我们许多困扰，但适量的压力却是鞭策我们进步的原动力，一个人要是没有压力，他的生活就没有重心，过着没有目标的人生，所以我们要随时懂得施与自己一点压力，才能使你的生活更加充实更有意义。
