Secondly，I insist on reading English books and newspapers every day.I also keep on oral pratice.
In my spare time,I will take an active part in activitise.I can gain the first hand imformations through the activitise which can help me to extend my knowlege.

你好！从来没有和你对过话，我们彼此间还有一些陌生。在老师的引导下，我第一次用意念而不是用眼睛去观看你！你很委屈又无奈的样子，使我很难过，使不住流下了眼泪。对不起！我对你的伤害很深，而我又忽视这一点，以至于你现在伤痕累累。
以前年纪小的时候，纵情欢乐，通宵是经常的事，不经意对你就造成了伤害，贪口食之欲，吃麻辣烫让你发炎、疼痛；阑尾炎、宫产的手术让你再次受伤，真的真的.很抱歉，生理期赶上炎热的夏季妒忍不住谗，就会吃冷饮雪糕，对你也造成伤害，甚至有时候其实已经饱了，但禁不住诱惑，再贪嘴吃一些美食，今天看来，这种行为真是对你的不负责任。
