有人说，上帝因为不能一次照顾我们这么多人，所以，他创造了叫“母亲”的天使给我们。平常母亲对我们的关心及照顾，都对此视为理所当然，很难体会到母亲的辛劳，等到母亲老了、病了，再也没有办法为我们做饭洗衣烧菜，我们却也才会突然惊醒，原来母亲多么重要，为了爱、为了我们，对待家人的付出是如此的多，给了我们有了家的温暖。
时光不会因为任何人的任何理由而停留，即使再重要、在敬爱的人，终将会变老，身体不再想以前一样强壮、一样硬朗，就像机器用久了，还是会生锈，最后被淘汰。生老病死，是人生必经的路程，谁也逃不了，更何况是我们的父母长辈们？父母努力辛苦赚钱，牺牲了自己最宝贵的青春，为的都是我们，想给我们更好的生活品质，身为晚辈的我们，应该更加倍的回报、感激及孝顺，若是非要等到失去后，才慢慢得去了解，那就太迟了！
所谓“树欲静而风不止，子欲养而亲不待”的这句话，我们虽然并非能决定任何人生命的长短，但至少我们可以趁现在还有机会时好好地孝顺他们，即时行孝，就算只是一个温暖的拥抱、轻轻的吻。
