1．点击“流程管理”菜单 中的“审核生产单”,可以打开业务单管理的审核界面。
2．业务单的审核界面可以浏览到所有提交到数据库中的生产单记录。登陆到OA系统的每个用户都可以浏览到生产单在业务流程的各种状态。部门经理或店长对生产单有审核的权利。
3．当点击生产单号时，将弹出显示该生产单的详细情况，点击客户的名称时，可以弹出显示该客户相关的相关信息，如果没有相关用户的信息时，可以正在提示下填写相关的客户详细资料。点击业务员的名称时可以显示该业务员的相关资料。普通员工可以浏览业务单在各个部门中的审核结果。各个部门经理可填写生产单的在本部门的审核结果和意见。如：业务部门经理登陆到系统后，就有对生产单进行审核的权限，点击生产单号和业务部门所对应的交叉处的“--”，可弹出窗口显示业务部门对该生产单的审核结果。有该部门管理权限的用户在弹出窗口最后一行将会显示“填加审核意见”。点击“审核意见”，可填写该生产单的相关审核意见（如：审核通过用“√”表示）。填写完成后，点击“提交”可保存审核意见结果。其他部门即可查看到该审核结果。在审核结果表中的两个业务部门和调度分别是指：生产前和生产后生产单在该部门流转的业务状态。如前一部分的“业务部门”栏填写的为生产单生产前的审核情况，而后一部分为产品生产后业务部门所接收产品的审核结果。
4．在生产单审核结果页面上还有分页和查询的功能。查询功能能按业务单号，客户名称，业务时间，业务项目，业务金额进行查询。
5．行政管理功能由行政管理部门进行设置。

2．填写生产单与现在所使用的工作联系单的填写要求一致。在“填写生产单”界面的右上角有“您的身份”，如果显示的和您所登陆的身份不一致时，请刷新该页面。（刷新方法：在填写生产单空闲区域点击右键，在弹出菜单中选“刷新”选项，即可更新该页面。）
3．业务类型分为：名片、彩页、印刷、磁卡、网络、软件、短信、教育、礼品、广告几个部分。接期和取期分别为当前的系统时间，如果需要更新时间，只需要更新部分数据即可。制作单位指：制作数量的单位。如名片为“盒”，磁卡为“张”。制作数量、预付金额、余额、合计只能输入数字。客户单位，客户联系人，联系电话是必须填写。
4．当生产单填写完成后，点击“提交”按钮，即可将您所输入的.信息录入到数据库中，当数据保存成功后，系统会提示数据保存成功信息，系统自动对该生产单进行编号后，自动返回业务单管理界面以进行业务单的审核。在业务单管理界面的第一条即可显示您刚才所输入的内容。（如果不能显示，刷新该页面即可）。数据保存失败，系统会提示保存失败错误，并且返回当前的填写生产单界面，此种情况多数是由于输入的数据不合要求造成的。
