每一个学生都是独特的，他们都有自己的生活环境，有自己的梦想。都有强项和不足，以及他所具备和缺乏的能力。作为教师，我们应该做到因材施教，了解每一个孩子，关注每一个孩子，做他们人生的引路人。我总是觉得“做一名教师”并不是简单的事情，往大处讲，我会影响他们一生的“生命成长”。所以，时常想到自己身上承担的重量，我会努力做到最好！
