I have lunch at school. I go to bed at 12:00 in the noon. We have three classes in the afternoon. I have computer class and art classes. I like them very much. I go home at 5:30. I do homework after school. My sister、brother and I watch TV at 8:00 in the evening. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth. I go to bed at 10:00.

在这一主题，我们了解了信纸—信封—邮票—邮筒—邮寄的过程，初步知道信是怎样写的，信封上的内容与格式，邮票的作用以及邮筒的作用，知道了古时候人们是怎样寄信等，从而感受到现代社会信息的快节奏和便捷。
在《无字天书》中，孩子们通过猜一猜、做一做，体验了写信、寄信的乐趣，感受到了事物变化的趣味，产生了了解科学，研究事物的愿望。科学发现角的延伸，更使幼儿的实验兴趣得以延续。
在《信封玩偶》中，孩子们利用废旧信封制作了一个又一个好玩、好看的手偶，有可爱的小猪、威武的狮子、甜甜的公主……还有09年的新宠—牛呢！孩子们拿着手偶一边操作一边说，不仅提高了孩子的\'动说能力，还激发了他们的表达***。
在《漂亮的邮票》中，孩子们认识了邮票，并设计了各种各样的邮票，真是感叹孩子们的独具匠心。
我们还参观了邮局，了解了邮递员叔叔、阿姨的工作，知道信是怎样在邮局里旅行的……通过一个个有趣的活动，使小朋友有了一个由浅至深系统的学习。
在《温馨的信》这一节活动中，当小朋友听了爸爸，妈妈写给他们的信之后，小朋友从信的内容中真切的感受到爸爸、妈妈对他们的爱，让在念信的我感到的湿润了眼眶。这样的活动增进了幼儿与父母之间的感情，使孩子了解了父母培养他们是多么的不易，也让家长把平日里想对孩子说，却无法说出口的语言用这样的方式表达出来。
在这一主题中，孩子们收获了爸爸妈妈的支持和爱，收获了知识，收获了成长！
