八月十五日是个风和日丽的日子。我们要去开心农庄进行生态探索之旅，一大早我就迫不及待的准备出发，因为这对从小就生长在大都市的我来说，是个难得的体验。
到了目的地后，我们第一个活动是用奶瓶喂鲤鱼。还记得以前小时候爸爸、妈妈带我去牧场喂过小牛、小羊喝奶，但是喂小鱼喝奶倒是第一次，真的十分有趣。接着，我们去SPA脚底按摩，特别的是伺候我们脚的是成群的小鱼，这些小鱼的按摩技巧，真不是盖的，令人赞不绝口。再来，我们自己亲手制作巧克力糖葫芦，用Q软的棉花糖配上香醇巧克力，滋味超棒的！我们还DIY制作了精美的生态工艺相框及奥妙的生态瓶，每个人都有一只斗鱼和漂亮的水草，可以带回家饲养。
午餐我们吃了客家传统美食“米苔”，没想到看起来像一般面条的米苔，其实QQ软软的很好吃。这次的校外教学让我留下许多美好的回忆，希望下次有机会我们全家还可以再来拜访开心农庄。

之后，我们又到可爱动物区，喂可爱的小白兔和小山羊。大家一看到可爱的小白兔，就高兴的围拢了上前，争先恐后的抢着喂小白兔。后来，回到了休息区，才令我们大吃一惊，为什么呢？因为，老师说：“各位小朋友，大家注意听。这里是一个非常特别的地方喔！这里叫做『染房』，等一下，我们就要在这里制作蓝染手巾哦~”大家一听，都高兴的大叫。不一会儿，我们就听到一位名叫《蝴蝶姐姐》的大姐姐开始介绍，原来，我们的染料是用莲子做的，好特别哦！难怪叫做植物染。十分钟后，每个人就都有一条属于自己的蓝染手巾了呢！
去完农场之后，我们回到了学校。我觉得去农场不但能增加我的知识，还能让我了解蓝染的制做过程。希望，以后还有机会去活力农场玩。因为，那里可以玩到古老的童年游戏，更可以学到新知识。

那天是个风和日丽的天气，我们户外教学的地点是我未曾拜访过的开心休闲农场，我踏着轻盈的脚步，带着满满的期待和愉悦的心情，走向学校。
出发前，我早已迫不急待的想要品尝当地的早味美食，游览车开了一会，便到达目的地，导游来迎接我们，首先，导游为我们介绍当地的美食，并参观有百年历史的古物，接着让我们亲身体验制作米粉、红龟糕的过程和辛苦，趣味十足。
午餐时间快到时，我早已饥肠辘辘，恨不得快点品尝新竹的风味米粉，餐厅里，飘来一股扑鼻的米粉香，让人忍不住食指大动，才一会儿的时间，米粉汤就被大家一扫而空，吃得一干二净，我觉得米粉汤的味道鲜美，令人回味无穷。
最后，我们走过一片防风林，爬上风车，放眼望去，看见一望无际的大海，海连天，天连海，好像一幅美丽的图画，漂亮无比，顿时，心情就像大海一样平静、舒畅，虽然这次户外教学时间很短，却让我们玩得很尽兴，也留下美好的回忆。
