今天，我和爸爸妈妈一起去铁岭七星游乐园玩，为了锻炼我的胆量，爸爸妈妈都挑了一些有挑战性的项目，有过山车，摩天轮，海盗船等等，这些都非常的好玩，非常的刺激。
我和爸爸先上了过山车，开始我还有点好奇，不知道怎么回事，我和爸爸坐上去后，车慢慢启动了，上坡的时候还行，速度可以接受，下坡的的时候速度越来越快，都要飞起来了，我的心都悬了起来，害怕急了，脑袋里想着：这要是掉下去可怎么办呀，不过时间非常短，不一会就到站了，我下来的.时候还有怕点呢！
接着，我和妈妈又去坐摩天轮，看到摩天轮升的那么高，心理不免有点害怕，但是妈妈鼓励我说：“男子汉要勇敢，最上边的风景可美了，你还要不要上？”我一想，拼了，硬着头皮上去了，摩天轮开始慢慢的转动，速度不快，但是越升越高，我慢慢的也闭上了眼睛，不敢看了，妈妈让我睁开眼睛看看外面的景色，我说：“不，我害怕！”妈妈说我再不睁开眼睛就不陪我玩了，让我自己去玩，我也只能慢慢的睁开眼睛往下面一看，哇，太美了，景色像画一样，真后悔没有早点睁开眼睛，错过了美景，不过还好，毕竟看到了，虽然时间很短。
最后我和爸爸做了海盗船，我不敢做，爸爸鼓励我说：“没事，它就像荡秋千一样。”我半信半疑只好坐了上去，一开始它还慢慢的摇，我一下就高兴了，原来就这么简单啊，没想到，摇的越来越高，都要把我悠出去了，我吓的嗷嗷大叫，终于停下来了，我下来后就跑向妈妈：“我以后再也不坐这破玩意了，吓死我了！”虽然这么说，但是我心理还是挺高兴的。妈妈说我是一个勇敢的孩子。
今天是我最高兴的一天，因为我战胜了自己，我想我以后会更勇敢的。

到了三点钟左右，老师安排首发上场的.几个人，里面没有我，我十分伤心！三点半，我们队来到了体育馆，进行赛前训练。练习传球接球手抛球等动作。训练完毕，我们来到了比赛场地，看其他队的比赛，那场是苍南对永嘉。苍南队十分厉害，永嘉根本无法还击。
比赛前一分钟，吕老师的叶老师说，潘书恒都伤成这样了，怎么还让他上呢？结果吕老师，就让我上场了。听到这句话，我喜出望外！一蹦三尺高，旁边的一个队员对我说：“好好踢！”
开始比赛了，我拼命的跑，想让别人传球给我，可是，他们都只顾自己，而没有传球给我，在开赛大概十分钟的时候，我跑到了门前，回头一看，球正朝着我飞来，我一停球，便用力射出一脚，球正好打在守门员身上，弹了出来守门员奋不顾身的冲了出来，我用尽了全身力气向球踢去，可是我的脚力可比不过守门员的手力，球便再次被挡了，出来落了一个空门，我卯足了力气，终于把球给踢到了门里——球进了！！！我高兴地喊了出来：“耶！”一比零领先，这时观众席上掌声雷动！我跑回中场时，大家都和我击掌！还有人直接抱了我一下。我高兴坏了！对方中场开球了！观众席上喊着：“鹿城，加油！”我们气势大增，立马上前抢球，一拿到球，我马上传给队友，自己向禁区冲去，等待着队友传球给我，可是，没有队友传球给我，球被抢了，我立马把球抢回来，自己带球进入了禁区，一脚射门往远角打，守门员还没有反应过来，球便以迅雷不及掩耳之势穿透了球门，这是我进的第二球。
后来，翁家宝又进了一个，上半场以三比零告终。最后，我们以六比零大胜龙湾队。
平时，我的努力训练没有白费，这次终于有了回报！

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.
