首先，环境有时是很难或者无法改变的。就像打球一样，自己的球队就那么几个后卫，你觉得人家都不好，那就只有去与敌方后卫合作了。其次，适应环境，就是要求你“以己之长克敌之短”。利用“敌之短”，正是你自己锻炼自己、展示自己所长的最佳时机。如果你一无所长，你还抱怨什么呢？第三，努力适应环境，可以使自己更乐观、更具有信心。如果蔑视自己和自己的团队，必然只有埋怨、沮丧，就不可能战胜敌手。第四，努力适应环境，不是相互埋怨，而是相互鼓舞，才能使自己的团队，更团结、更和谐，配合得更好。不慌、不乱，阵脚稳固。第五，努力适应环境，才能不被环境抛弃。姚明之所以能够从千万个篮球运动员中，成长为一代球星，正是因为他深深地懂得这样的.道理。要坚信优胜劣汰，适者才能生存！
适应环境，绝不意味着消极地接受环境。适应环境，改变自己，才能进一步真正地改变环境。
