一、古诗词必须一字不错地默写会（开学第一个星期，仅两天时间，一班和二班均有不少同学都已将课后十首古诗背熟，这一点就足以说明我们的“战斗力”非常强，要继续努力）。
二、生字词听写过关（课下加拼音的生字和课后的生字）。可以依情况而定，内容较多的单元可以一课一课听写，少的也可以单元为单位进行听写。这个活动进行之前，课代表一定要提前一两天时间告知，好让大家充分预习，争取都能一次过关。这样，大家对自己的努力会有一个准确的评估，对自己知识掌握情况的了解将有助于成绩的稳步提升。当然，这对于大家自信心的提升和成就感的获得也会很有帮助的\'。
三、如果条件允许，可以以班为单位去图书室借阅名著。先读我们语文课本中介绍的《繁星》、《春水》、《伊索寓言》等。这些书可以利用课余时间或自习课来阅读。
