从2011年开始，我国步入移动互联网时代，在大街上、火车上、餐厅里，随处可见低头玩手机的“低头族”。手机从过去的单一通讯功能到现在的集视频、拍照、通话、购物、电子书为一身，随着手机功能的增多，人们也越来越离不开它了。手机一不在心里就发慌，生怕谁又在某个社交网站对自己的某一句话做出了评论，而自己却又没有看见。手机极大地满足了人们的社交需求，让人们在虚拟的空间里畅谈，可是在现实生活中却常常语塞。这种现象在年轻人身上展现的淋漓尽致，如果这样下去，人们的语言表达能力将会越来越差。
手机的发明本是为了拉近人与人之间的距离，可不知不觉，人心之间的距离却越来越远。坐在餐桌上，大家都坐在椅子上默默低头玩手机，他们之间的距离最多5米，但他们却仿佛相隔十万八千里，各自活在自己的世界里。手机让我们失去了友情与亲情。
