The flat is on the third floor with 3 rooms, one of which is bedroom, the other two are bathroom and kitchen. There are a bed, a sofa, a desk and some chairs in this 25 square-metres small fiat, and the rent is 500 yuan per month. Maybe this fiat is not as good as your wish, but I’ll try my best to meet your needs. If it is not suitable enough, write to me and I will look for another better place.

Firstly, I would like to show my appreciation to those standing by me all the way, teachers, parents and friends included. Without their help and advice, my life would be different. Secondly, it's high time to say sorry to classmates whom I hurt or misunderstood. Communication and smiles act as bridges to friendship. Above all, I've made up my mind to make every effort to study, for I believe hard work is the key to success. Just as the old saying goes, "no pains, no gains."

写作提纲是文章内容的简略提示，拟写提纲的方法如下：
(1、拟写提纲前应先将所写内容思考一遍，即确定论点、论据、论证方法与议论程序。
(2、按照绪论、本论、结论三部分分别写入各项内容。如在"绪论"内写入议论的事实或问题。有时，也可在绪论内直接写出论点;在"本论"内写入中心论点或各分论点，以及各项论证的论据或论证方法;在"结论"中写出主要的结束语。
(3、写完提纲后应该复核一遍，并根据新的想法作一些必要的修改。

立论在就某一问题提出自己的看法和主张，表明自己的态度时，要注意以下三点：
(1、这些看法和主张必须是经过认真的思考或者一定的实践，确实是自己所独有的正确的认识和见解，或者是切实能解决实际问题的主张。要使读者感到有新意，增长知识，提高对事物的认识。
(2、必须围绕所论述的问题和中心论点来进行论证。开篇提出怎样的问题，结篇要归结到这一问题上。在论证过程中，不能离题万里，任意发挥，或者任意变换论题。如果有几个分论点，每个分论点都要与中心论点有关联，要从属于中心论点。所有论证都要围绕中心论点进行。这样读者才能清楚地了解分论点和中心论点。议论文的逻辑性很强，论证必须紧扣中心，首尾一致。
(3、“立”往往要在“破”的基础上进行。在立论的过程中，往往需要提到一些错误的见解和主张，加以否定和反驳，以增加论证的效果。
在议论文体中，“已知的真实判断”就是论据，真实性有待证明的判断就是论点(论题，而论证方式则是将论据和论点联系起来的逻辑形式，它的作用就是从论据的真实性推论出论点的真实性。
