山东有着悠久的历史文化底蕴，泰山、黄河和孔子，是最具代表性的山东元素，当然要在开幕式中展现给全国观众。“泰山”拔地而起、“黄河”磅礴入海、“孔子”圣洁降生等经典场景，将会在开幕式现场以艺术化的形式展现给观众。此外，碧波、荷花、泉水，“四面荷花三面柳，一城山色半城湖”的“泉城”济南，也将得到重点展现。
在北京奥运会开幕式上，通过现代化的声光电手段，中华民族巍巍五千年的灿烂文明通过极具中国特色的卷轴得以一一呈现，令人叹为观止。而在本届全运会开幕式上，同样有一个这样的核心道具来作为展示齐鲁文化的载体。一个直径约50米的“巨碗”状帷幕将会成为开幕式的一大亮点。极富山东特色的.风筝、美酒、皮影等，将会通过投影机映射在“碗”幕上，视觉冲击强烈。
本届全运会开幕式将紧扣“和谐中国，全民全运”的主题，动用声光电等效果，营造出如诗如画、如梦如幻的境界。
本届全运会开幕式被称为北京奥运开幕式的“备版”，大量借鉴了北京2008的成功。表演以“紫气东来”为序，在随后的“齐鲁魂”中，巍峨的泰山、奔腾的黄河、孔子的诞生……旖旎秀丽的泉城风貌，将以激光投影在一个巨型幕布上。与奥运画卷不同的是，此次的投影幕布是一只悬在空中的巨碗。
北京奥运会上那幅巨大的“卷轴”充满新意，既有浓郁的中国味道，又起到了一个超级投影屏幕的作用，影像不断变幻，给观众留下了深刻的印象。全运会开幕式上也有一个类似的创意??就是传说中的“巨碗”。此前已经广受媒体关注的“巨碗”预演时露出真容，成为当晚最吸引眼球的部分。与奥运会开幕式在场地内伸展的“卷轴”相比，悬在半空的“巨碗”具有多维的优势，与场地内的表演上下呼应，更具有立体感。
当晚八点整，“巨碗”上显示出一个巨大的地球，然后不断拉近镜头??中国、山东、济南、奥体中心……在焰火与欢呼声中，开幕式正式开始。开幕式过程中，就随着表演场景的变化而不断变幻图案，“巨碗”时而升空时而落地，时而延展成一个巨大的“灯笼”。从始至终，观众的视线几乎一直围着“巨碗”打转，直到最后的全运会开幕式主题歌，四位歌星的舞台也是搭建在“巨碗”中间。
据了解，开幕式当晚的天气成为组委会最为关注的问题，其中一个重要原因就是“巨碗”能否发挥作用。悬在空中“巨碗”最怕的就是刮大风，预演当晚风力不算太大，但“巨碗”的南边一侧已经被风撕裂了一个口子。此前导演组曾表示，如果开幕式当晚风太大，可能会放弃“巨碗”。根据当晚的演出情况，“巨碗”的作用显然无法替代，如果没有“巨碗”，开幕式的效果将大打折扣。
除了“巨碗”，开场时从天而降的52只闪闪发光的和平鸽，从火炬台上奔涌而下的“黄河”，在“大海”里搏击浪花的“帆船”，都体现了全运会开幕式的独到创意。从创意这一环节来看，全运会开幕式可以得到高分
除动态的画面效果和气势恢弘的表演，全运开幕式的歌曲也堪称一绝。比如，其中一首就选自济南著名女词人李清照的《如梦令》，该歌由张红光作曲，吴彤配器，历时数月创作，并请来著名歌手蔡琴演绎。
最引人关注的还是名为《共圆精彩》的主题歌，它将由来自大陆、台湾、香港、澳门两岸四地的歌星联袂演唱。

The biggest problem is the unfinished buildings. It is known to all that a city will be given the right to hold the Olympic Games at least 8 years ahead, so that the government will have enough time to prepare. But the day is so closed and some sports courts are still being built, how could this happen in such big event.
最大的问题是还没完成的建筑。众所周知,一个能够得到举办奥运会权力的城市会提前至少8年揭晓,这样,政府才会有足够的时间准备。但如今日子很临近,一些体育场地还在建,这种事在这样的事件怎么可以发生在这样重大的比赛前。
The second problem is the health. Rio is not the developed city, its health care must can’t compare with the developed contries. As its hot weather and other reason, some diseases are easily to spread. It has been reported that some athletes have dropped out of this coming event, for there exists a kind of virus which will make people sick badly.

As a matter of fact, experts in large numbers have come to realize the importance of Internet honesty.
As a regular Internet surfer, I am convinced that it is of great necessity for government to punish rumor makers. Accordingly, we should educate, advocate and encourage our friends, classmates and acquaintances to refuse making and spreading rumors. Sparing no efforts to do so, we will witness a hopeful and promising future of Internet life.
