一个星期中，至少有三天是在室内上体育课的，我静静地坐在位子上，无精打采地看着窗外的景象，啊！怎么会这样，路上好像什么也看不清了，一片迷蒙，远远望去行人像一个个小灰点似得。今天的世界犹如灰色的玻璃罩把我们与太阳与世隔绝了。

虽然美丽的世界产生了雾霾，但人们也有对付它的对策：少出门、少开窗，离家出门带口罩，注意个人卫生……
观看了《穹顶之下》我非常震撼，原来这些雾霾是人类亲手造成的，所以我们要加倍去弥补，因为地球是人类的，只有人来才能救回它。
