山羊老师看看小狐狸，叹了口气，说：“小狐狸，你们家族实在是太狡猾了，经常惹是生非。我们学校就不敢再收狐狸学生了，你还是回家去自习吧！”
小狐狸听了，非常伤心。它一边哭，一边向家里跑去。一不小心，把路旁松鼠妈妈辛辛苦苦摘的满满一筐的松果撞翻了，“啪啦”、“啪啦”……顿时松果掉的满地都是。小狐狸哆嗦地四处张望了一下，发现周围没有一丝动静，撒腿就跑。跑了一阵子，小狐狸想起了山羊老师的话“狐狸家族太狡猾，没有责任感！”顿时它收住了脚步，转过头看着身后长长的泥泞路，自己急速的脚印，还有水潭中自己的倒影：满脸通红，气喘吁吁，神情紧张，左顾右盼，一副做贼后心虚的样子，哪里还有往日的机灵敏捷的模样！于是，小狐狸慢慢转身，下定了决心-——往回跑！
此时，松鼠妈妈正吃力地弯着腰拣满地散落的松果，突然一个踉跄！跌倒在地，小狐狸连忙三步并作两步跑过去扶起了松鼠妈妈，眼里噙着泪水，怯弱地说了声“对不起，都是我不好，撞到了您的松果，还这么不负责任地逃跑了……”话没说完，就被松鼠妈妈制止了：“知道承认错误的就是好孩子。”小狐狸的脸更加红了，连忙接过筐子，拾起了松果。
第二天清晨，天还蒙蒙灰的时候，一阵急促的敲门声打断了小狐狸一家人的美梦，狐狸妈妈打开了门，诧异地看着门口站着的山羊老师，山羊老师白白的`胡子加上因为奔跑而泛红的脸庞，吹鼻子瞪眼的样子一下子把狐狸妈妈逗乐了。山羊老师讷讷地羞红了脸说：“不好意思啊，昨天的话说重了，松鼠妈妈把昨天的事情和我讲了，这些松果是她答谢小狐狸的小小心意！”说着说着向门里望了一眼，大声喊道：“小狐狸，跟小朋友们一起去上学啦！快点，快点，要迟到了！”……
有时候真诚善良、责任心才是打动人的最好法宝。
