周村实验学校就是一个团结互助的集体。从学校领导，到普通教师，再到每个学生，人人都深深地认识到并真切地感受到了这个大家庭的.温暖。赵国宏老师是我们学校一位工作认真、勤奋上进的骨干教师、共产党员。他才三十几岁，风华正茂，正是为党的教育事业努力工作的大好时机。可是不幸得了重病，生命垂危。学校领导闻讯后，非常关心，立即决定，全校教职工伸出团结友爱之手，为赵老师捐款。学校领导带头，教师积极响应，很快为赵老师捐款近万元。对于昂贵的医药费来说，这些钱只是杯水车薪，但它代表了全校教职工团结互助之心，送去了全体教职工对赵老师深深的祝福。虽然最终病魔夺走了赵老师的生命，但是团结互助的种子却深深地扎根在每一个实验人的心中。
05年10月由学校党委号召发起的\"爱心助学基金会\"正式成立，截至今年已累计接受教师捐款近万元，帮扶品学兼优但家庭困难的学生十几人。学校工会组织的教师帮扶贫困女学生活动真正为生活困难的女学生解决了燃眉之急。初二二班的马惠同学家长双双下岗，加上家中姊妹三人都在上学，生活压力巨大，面临失学的困境。学校领导了解情况后主动为她减免了学费，校工会组织几位教师对口帮助，给她交上了课本费，买了学习用品，使她继圆求学之梦。
