据调查，有52%的`人，将薪资列为换工作的第一因素。如果你也觉得单位给你薪资过少时，不妨想想，薪资和贡献是成正比的，如果你的付出够多，领导不会是视而不见。另外，薪资收入除有形的货币所得外，也应算上无形的货币收入，如：人际关系、教育训练、企业资源等。这些无形的货币收入，也是一大笔财富。
如果你对公司或领导的经营方针有疑虑，可以想一想，是不是有多半的原因，出在和领导的沟通上?另外，对于公司的文化是否愿意抱适应的心情?也是应该思考的问题。
你要是觉得上班工作时间过长，先问问自己是不是工作效率太低?还是业务真的超负荷?若是前者，不正是自我提升与学习的最好机会?若是后者，应寻求其它支持，或向领导提出解决办法。

当你感到自己的能力在单位没有受到领导肯定的时候，你是否有意无意拔高了自己?有时我们的确会高估自己的能力。一味的怀才不遇，只会在职场中令人嫌弃。多和领导谈谈自己的工作或抱负，甚至主动多参加紧急重要的项目执行，将有助于领导对你能力的肯定与了解。
你埋怨上班交通不便，其实你完全可以早点起床，可以改变自己晚睡的习惯。每个人都有惰性，但在工作的态度上，只有勤劳才会有收获，那是基本的自我要求。
每一份工作或每一个工作环境都无法尽善尽美。准备换工作的朋友，请仔细想想，自己曾经从事过的每一份工作，多少都存在着许多宝贵的与资源。例如失败的沮丧、自我成长的喜悦、温馨的工作伙伴、值得感谢的客户等等，这些都是人生中值得学习的经验，如果我们每天都能带着一颗感恩的心去工作，相信工作的心情与态度，自然是愉快而积极的。
