初一英语结业作文【一】
对于班主任工作我始终认为：只要肯倾情付出，定能换来学生的真心回报。下面是我担任班主任工作的几点和感受。
一、真心关爱，以情感人，能获得学生的真心回报
我现在所带的班级有个学生自制力很差，经常的有事没事请假，不请假私自外出更是时有发生。对此我虽然严格对他的要求但并没有如我所愿的受到什么效果。后来我通过反思，通过与他真心的交流，了解到他所交往的朋友多为社会上的闲杂人员，往往犯错误是因为受到他们的诱惑、唆使，于是我向他表示我首先会原谅他之前所犯的错，其次我原意帮助他改正，同时我号召全班同学理解并帮助他。另外我跟他的朋友深入接触交谈，动之以情、晓之以理，分析利弊。终于目前让我看到了他可喜的进步。这让我坚信了真心关爱，以情感人，真的能获得意想不到的效果。
二、大力弘扬班级正气，着手营造诚信、和谐的班级氛围
一个班级的班风如何，首先要看这个班级的学生是否有正气，是否讲诚信，这当然要看一个班主任如何去宣扬、教育和引导，因为学生都有可塑性，对此我经常用一些细小的事例来达此目的。
1、利用学生参加集体活动时的瑕疵来大力宣扬，很多学生做早操做到“跳跃运动”这一节时做得极不认真，一是他们看到别的班级的学生有的根本未动，二是有一种害羞的心理。针对这一情况，首先对学生谈到做操是有益身心的运动，又严肃指出了未认真做操的同学对班级整体形象的影响和危害，利用这一锲机，一是让学生认识到一个班主任对班级管理的态度和决心，也能让学生分辨出什么是美与丑，起到了一石二鸟的作用。
2、针对有的学生参与打架逗闹的现象，首先要及时与学生谈心，指出其危害，然后还要利用班会等机会在全班中帮助学生分析其危害，宣扬人与人和谐相处的好处，使学生能分清什么是善与恶，懂得做人的真谛，以关爱之心帮助学生，这样既能弘扬正气，又能形成一个文明和谐的班集体。
三、班主任要以身正人，实行人性化管理
一个老师的一言一行，一举一动都会感染、影响自己的学生，都会被学生效仿。因此，班主任必须用自身的人格魅力来塑造学生的人格，其为人处事的态度，都会影响学生甚至一生。
1、对待有缺点和问题的学生首先要能宽容，容许其犯错误，但一定要让其知错并能改，还要适时提醒，切忌一味指责，妄加批评，给其改正的机会，但不可一味地纵容。
2、对待有困难尤其是生活上需要帮助的学生需要慷慨解囊，如学生需打电话与家长联系时，假如老师能慷慨地拿出你的手机，学生缺钱时你能及时支援，这些细小的事都能成为学生奋发向上、积极配合班主任工作并感恩戴德的动力，他会为班主任分忧解难，成为你的得力助手，你的付出便获得了学生的真心回报。
四、多树正面典型，多发现学生的闪光点
1、要学会欣赏学生，多赞美学生。因为每一个学生都会有自己的优点和特点。如何挖掘学生的潜能，首先需要一个班主任从多个角度来发现学生的优点和特点，用欣赏的眼光去赞美，这样会激发学生的参与意识和竞争意识，使整个班级充满生机与活力。
2、树立正面典型，发扬领头雁的作用。因为榜样的力量是无穷的。让那些品学兼优的同学的言行举止、学习态度起到示范和带头作用，使不健康、不文明的行为与习惯在他们的面前黯然失色，班风便会蒸蒸日上。
五、抓养成教育，培养学生良好的个人习惯
1、注重学生个人仪表。这需要一个班主任时时提醒，及时督促，坚决杜绝染发、戴耳环、男生留长发等现象。对于某些顽固的学生，可利用“千分制”进行考核，直到其改变为止。
2、抓班级卫生乱扔乱抛现象要有力度，始终保持班级清洁卫生，始终保持桌凳整齐，这不仅仅能培养学生文明习惯的早养成，更能培养学生做事一丝不苟、认真仔细的行为作风。
3、提倡学生养成勤俭朴素的生活作风，防止学生盲目的攀比手机、mp3等不良习气。
总之，班级工作要想开展得有声有色，就需要一个班主任能够倾情付出，这样，他一定能收获甘甜。
