我的同桌沈宇博，长得胖胖的，一张圆脸肥嘟嘟的，人高马大，特别爱玩游戏。
My deskmate Shen Yubo, fat, chubby face, big burly, especially like playing games.
记得有一天的自然课上，我正在专心致志的听老师讲课。突然，一个纸团从我眼前飞了过去，我定睛一看，原来是沈宇博在传纸条给他的好朋友——宋章彬。等纸条在从宋章彬那传过来时，我偷偷一看，原来他俩正在“纸上谈兵”——聊游戏。

正当他们疑惑时，下课铃响了。等到老师走后，沈宇博大叫一声:“解放喽！”然后叫上几个男同学，像一群马蜂一样冲出了教室。只见沈宇博双手做射击的动作，对准别人，只听“砰——”的一声，一位男同学“嗷——!”的一声倒在地上。唉，他们又在玩真人版电脑游戏了！我看着他们，无奈地摇了摇头。
Just when they were wondering, the bell rang. When the teacher left, Shen Yubo shouted, \"liberation!\"!\" Then ask several male students, like a wasp like rushed out of the classroom. 请不要得意忘形，同时也千万请谨言慎行。激情与信念是非常重要的武器，但是是真正能有效打动别人的不是你信念的力量本身，而是信念背后的逻辑论证。平和谦逊的逻辑推导可能不会得到海量转发，但是真实效果并不会弱于振臂高呼的口号。如果你有灵感或者猜想，就坦率地面对它，用心去挖掘猜想背后的真相，用实实在在的行动将灵感化作产品。
同样的，你对于工作的态度也会因此逐渐改变。此刻的设计于你而言，可能是痛苦的代名词，你眼里的世界是支离破碎的：愚蠢的产品，琐碎的错误到处都是，潦草不堪的补丁支撑着丑陋无比的设计。没错，愚蠢的设计永远不会主动远离你的，但是假以时日你会学会与之相处，最重要的事情，是你得学会用自己的能力去改变它，甚至逐渐修正产品的走向。抱怨世界的人很多，能改变世界的永远是极少数，希望你能成为其中之一。
狂躁的情绪，挥之不去的纠结总会随着时间的.流逝转淡，随之而来的思考应该是如何武装好自己，征服你眼前的野兽。通常而言，这时候你所面对的问题往往是最大也是最难以解决的。作为设计师，你会在接下来的战役中逐渐成长，学会更多的技巧和方法。成长中的你，注意力会逐渐从技术和工具逐渐转向更深层次的设计思维的探索、设计价值观，甚至道德观。设计工业的演变史会让你明白更多的东西，你理当关注一下，以史为鉴不仅可以知兴衰，更可以明得失。毕竟，时间滚滚向前奔向未来，历史是我们共同拥有的财富。
你终将到，帮助别人完成他们想要的设计比按照自己主观意志来创作，来得更好。这就是我认知中的合作精神，以及走上领导位置的必经之路。最终，你可能会逐渐意识到，尽量自然地服务于人比刻意设计更靠谱。毫无疑问，工作与生活始终会一定程度地分开，但是并非完全割裂。你生活中的经验会为你的工作提供灵感，塑造形态，打磨思想。所以，请一定要广泛涉猎，不论是行百里路还是读万卷书都会助益于设计。一次远离故乡的远行可能会启发你探索新的风格，一本意味深长的小说可能会比一本设计图册让你思考更多。你会逐渐意识到，窗外不仅仅有街道和高大的梧桐树，更远的天空上有变幻无方的云朵和星辰，远方还有波澜诡谲的大海和光怪陆离的风景和文明。你也会逐渐体会到更多的情感，怜悯，敏感，通透，狡黠，这一切让你的思维更加空灵活泛，你的工作和生活会变得更加美好。
当然，聪明的你可能也意识到了，这封信也算是写给年轻时候的我的一点寄语。今天，华发渐生的我依然有老派人的碎碎念，依然不太明白快速转变的科技和新兴的趋势，依然在焦虑着。我处在一个略有一点尴尬的岁数，依然在设计这个略有一点荒谬的领域里面与你一同打拼。

When I was in the fourth grade, I changed a new deskmate. His name is Liu Jinming.
他是一个胖呼呼的小男生，长着一双大大的眼睛，小小的嘴巴，非常可爱。他非常聪明尤其是数学，上课时非常投入。
He is a chubby little boy with big eyes and small mouth. He is very cute. Hes very smart, especially in math, and hes very engaged in class.
记得有一次，在上课得时候我问刘晋铭一道题，可是刘晋铭看老师写字在黑板上，完全听不到我的题问。我的同桌真是投入呀！
I remember once when I was in class, I asked Liu Jinming a question. But when Liu Jinming saw the teacher writing on the blackboard, he couldnt hear my question at all. My deskmate is really engaged!

我的同桌叫徐琼,不怎么漂亮.脸上有一颗黑痣,扎着一根长长的辫子.她喜爱玩剪刀石头布,还爱买东西吃.她做数学作业动作很快,通常都是全班前几名.但是她很粗心老是做错题,有时她一次次的改正,最后还是错了.没办法她只好向我求援,我就开始仔仔细细教起了她.在我的帮助下终于做对了.这时她兴奋的坐在座位上,心中好象在呐喊：“我做对啦!”

不管你有没有准备好，你随时都有会有可能碰到一个，他会追在你屁股后面戳着屏幕问你每一个像素为什么是这个颜色为什么在这个地方。真的。你需要锤炼出一个强大的内心，推敲好关于一个细节的解释和每一种可能存在的问题的答案，用以应付一个随时可能跳出来的这个——对，哪怕是关于每一个像素。
“这条线是搞毛用的?”
“它是用来分隔用的。”
“好吧，那为什么在这个地方?为什么是这个颜色?为什么要这么粗?为什么……”
“这样看起来更好……”
“这样看起来更好”是不够的。你需要有一个更为充分的理由来解释你的设计，解释它的层次结构，平衡把控，以及它和整体之间的关系。换句话说，你需要用更系统更专业的方式来阐述它为什么“这样看起来更好”，但同时也必须使用能让这位“利益相关者”明白的词汇和方式来表述。
同样，你这么做的前提是你确保自己能解释清楚自己的设计(这么做的话，同样也能帮助你验证自己勤恳工作的成果，确保自己是否完全掌控了自己的设计思维。这个说法听起来可能挺官腔的。确实如此。但是当你逐渐成长，这种能力会是你驾驭设计、甚至驾驭团队、领导团队的重要手段，它是一种复杂的艺术。你走的越远，与人打交道的时间就越多，掌握这种艺术就显得越重要。

我的同桌是一个有时很活波有时很沉默的女孩， 她有着一双灵动的眼睛，乌黑亮丽的秀发，每天梳着马尾辫，整个看起来是很潇洒很帅的。
My deskmate is a sometimes very lively, sometimes very quiet girl, she has a pair of smart eyes, dark beautiful hair, every day with a ponytail, the whole looks very smart, very handsome.
她的成绩不错，但是比起我来嘛，嘿嘿，还是差了一点点，我希望我可以帮助她把成绩提升上来， 尤其是英语，现在我和她的英语成绩都很差，我现在是堪堪及格，她是不及格。我常常教她读英语课文，因为她有很多单词不会读，所以我们俩个一起读英语课文，每次读的时候我都刻意的放慢了速度，怕她觉的自己不会读而自卑。
Her grades are good, but to me, hey, just a little bit, I hope I can help her grades up, especially English, now I and her English is very poor, I am now Campbell failed, she is failing. I used to teach her to read the English text, because she has not read a lot of words, so the two of us together to read the English text, each time I have deliberately slowed down, afraid she cant read and feel inferior.
