既然认识自我有着如此重要的，那么应该如何认知自我呢？首先就是他人的评价，他人客观的评价，往往会带来重要的信息，自己的优缺点。并且理解他人对自己的评价，同时也能够从他人的身上吸取。最重要的就是自省，这是一个不可缺失的环节。不论他人如何评价自己，如果本身都不自省的话，那么那些都将成为废话。客观和主管的结合，才能更充分更正确的认知自己。
