《老师好》这部电影以苗宛秋老师为核心人物，以老师与学生们的“斗智斗勇”的校园故事为线索，再现了80年代的师生生活及师生情。
一辆自行车，一个军绿色布包，一个有‘奖’字的杯子，一根根老冰棍，一台录音机，一件花衬衫，一条喇叭裤，一瓶橘子味汽水，这些80年代的背景都给我们留下了深刻的印象。
电影中的苗宛秋老师一出场就给了我们一个严师的形象，他痛斥化妆、烫发、抽烟的同学，对问题学生毫不客气，一言不合就没收学生的东西……这些都是他严厉的写照。当然，他管理学生很有一套，让人忍俊不禁。
桀骜不驯的洛小乙、温婉可人的安静、新潮前卫的关婷婷、大智若愚的王海（外号“脑袋”）、奸商刘浩、舞痴兄弟蒋文明和郭建设、还有爱八卦的黎海燕……这是一个永远不缺故事的三班。都在苗老师的严厉管教与默默关心感染下，找到了自己的方向。
电影中的苗宛秋老师和我们的老师是一样的，都非常地爱护学生，也不想放弃任何一个学生。他找遍大街小巷，就是为了让洛小乙回去上学；他为了不耽误安静个人的复习时间，帮安静的同学免费补课；在安静面临保送和高考两条路时，他并没有替她做选择，而是告诉她：“人生有好多个十字路口，重要的就是那么一两个，你要选择一个最合适自己的。”苗宛秋老师无私的奉献和无微不至的关怀，让学生们从怕他到理解他，再到感激他，让学生们感受到了他的一片真情……
电影中，有许多经典台词，令我映象深刻，受益匪浅。最令我映象深刻的，是影片最后唱起的两首插曲，《让世界充满爱》与《谁》。合起来就是“谁？让世界充满爱？”是的，是老师！是老师让这个世界充满了爱！
看完影片，我的眼泪哗哗往下流，当时的我，内心很受触动，我只有一个念头，立即走到我的老师面前，和老师说一句：“老师好！”
