具名就是在信的末尾写上自己的姓名。具名和称呼是对称的。写给父母亲的信，具名写“儿××”。写给哥哥、姐姐的信，具名写“弟××”“妹××”。
“儿”“弟”“妹”这些字，照一般格式都要写的小一点，放在名字前边。具名放在结尾后面一行的下面。

跟人讲完了事情后，要分手的时候总要说再见，走好等。这些话拿到信上来，就是信的结尾部分。
信的'结尾写些什么话，要看具体情形。普通信可以写“敬礼”“此致敬礼”“祝你快乐”“祝你健康”“祝你进步”。给病人的信，可以写“祝你早日康复”。给出门人的信，可以写“祝你平安”“祝你旅安”。
结尾写在正文后面，“祝”“此致”“祝你”...这些字眼单独占一行，空两三格写。“敬礼”“快乐”“健康”“安好”...这些字眼也单独占一行，顶格写。

I was very interested in your advertisement in todays edition of The Evening Post and I should like to apply to be a member of the Amazon Expedition team.
I am twenty-three years old and have an honors degree in Botany from Bath University.
