我们大家在学英语的同时。好像忘记了我们的母语。我们这中华民族五千年的悠久历史，老祖宗传下来的文化，魅力好像还抵不过一个“洋鬼子”说的“鬼话”是的，英语的确是国际通用语言。可是这就是我们要冷落我们伟大的母语的'原因吗？这原因是在不值一提。中文，是世界上能最清楚表达事物的语言，只改变语调，就能变换语义。中国的语言文字叫“汉字”，而英美的语言文字叫“单词”。
这就明显能体现出汉语的意思准确、精练。我本人是回族，但我并不讨厌“汉”语、“汉”话。相反，我却十分崇敬华夏文化，因为我是中国人。
但看现在世态，我们好像不该在打着中华民族的旗子，说我们是龙的传人了。外语肆意横行，把我们老祖宗留给我们的东西，推进了印度洋深处，实在可怕。我最后竭力大喊一句：“我们是中国人！！！”

Sometimes some children fly kites on it and some people sit on the grass and chat. in the middle of the park, there is a lake. there are many boats on it. there is a hill in the east of the park.

东湖园林以湖为主，其次是林，再其次是亭，但最好的还是苏公祠和聚贤廊，这两个是东湖园林的中心，以此为中心，勾勒出了东湖园林。
所谓园林，其实就是一些名胜古迹，然后再添加一些公园和树木相结合，但是东湖园林不一样，它以原有的自然景观为主，再添加一些人为的.因素，就构成了一幅大自然与人类共同完成的美妙乐章。
我先在这里介绍湖吧。湖水荡漾，长虹似的拱桥，夹杂着蒙蒙细雨，坐在船头，下着围棋或对月当诗，那是一幅怎样美不胜收的景象呀！在这里如果你摇着小船就可以完成，在夕阳下，半面江水被柳条影簇拥起来。形成了“半江瑟瑟半江红”的怡人景色美不胜收，真是让人陶醉其中怡然自乐呀！天与云与水与山共同铸就了这永世不朽的东湖。
下来是林，人们常说“东湖的柳，西湖的水”。没错，这里的柳树春天看起来绿波飘动，但走近一看，却发现柳是多么的单调，这可能就是所谓的“柳色遥看近却无”吧，夏天，为人们纳凉避暑；秋天，柳树收起了她的胭脂，赶往了“天堂的快车”；冬天，万物凋零，但宝塔松却像一座座琉璃宝塔一样，在阳光的照耀下使人有些眩晕。
其次是亭，亭有君子亭、鸳鸯亭……，每一个亭子都有他们的故事，每一块砖，每一片瓦，都凝聚着我国劳动人民的血，那一片片瓦，一块块砖，使我不得不是祖先们鬼斧神工，惊世骇俗的技艺所折服。亭、山水与林合在一起就成了一幅北方的江南水乡的美景，在这里即不会感受到北方的寒冷干燥，也不会感受到南方的炎热潮湿，它融合了北方园林与南方园林的特点。
我所讲的不过是冰山一角，真正的美只能用心去体会了，园林是我国传统文化的结晶，这些艺术瑰宝真是不得不使人叹为观止啊！
