在张教授的演讲里几乎不谈作为中国人民的中国人，怎么到结尾要对着明明很自信的中国人还要画蛇添足的说“中国人，你要自信了”呢?
中华民族是在中国这片土地上延续了几千年的种子，汉唐盛世成铸就前无古人、后无来者的辉煌，时至今日，中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”正一步步引领中国向前进。看了张维为教授《中国信心》的视频，除了鼓舞，更是振奋，我为我是中国人而自豪。作为一名辅导员，我也更希望同学们能做一个自信的中国人，成长为国家、社会所需的优秀人才。
1.肯定历史，吸收文化
作为一名中国人，首先要了解国家的历史，既要了解曾经的辉煌灿烂，也要熟悉中国人民曾经经历的苦难，从而更深刻认识中华民族不屈不饶的奋斗精神。同时，还要学习和了解中华传统文化，吸收其精髓，认识其本质，将我国的优秀传统文化与社会主义核心价值观的要求结合，做有深厚文化涵养、以中华优秀文化为荣的大学生。
2.注重礼仪，提升涵养
中国古代，礼就是一门非常重要的课程，作为大学生的我们，在认识到当前不文明礼仪行为的同时，更应该当好礼仪文明的先行者，以优良的文明礼仪，高尚的道德素养将中华传统精髓延续，将社会不良陋习摒弃，推进国家文化自信。
3.肯定成就，提升自信
现实中，往往会有个别人抱着“西方的月亮比中国圆”的思想，张教授的演讲比较好地回答了这些人的问题。用事实说明国家的进步是人类的一个奇迹。大量留学生学成后选择回国，国家基础设施不断进步，这不是国家的进步是什么。所以，要肯定我国建设的成就，没比较你怎么知道我们自身的优势，我们要全力支持国家发展，提升民族自信心。
4.理性思考，避免盲从
现实社会中，尤其是在网络时代，西方不少别有用心的人始终都在通过各种渠道试图唱衰中国，破坏中国发展的大好局面。对此，我们要有理性的思维，正确的判断。张教授在演讲中指出：中国崛起到今天这个地步，还要被西方被美国这么浅薄的.话语忽悠的话，我们的后代将会诅咒我们：“一手好牌，当时的好牌，怎么当时打成那个样子?”这不是给我们很好的警醒么。所以，作为大学生的我们要理性地对待网络上、媒体上的言论，用理性的思考、缜密的求证去分析你看到的种种表象，避免被别有用心之人忽悠。
一个国家的自强，一个民族的自信，需要国家政策的引导，也需要社会各界的共同努力。作为大学生的我们，首先要做的就是不断提升我们对中华文化、对党和政府、对国家成就的信心，做一个自信的中国人。

Nowadays, many famous university campuses have become one of the popular tourist attractions. It has been shown on TV and on the radio that every year thousands and thousands of middle school students visit Tsing Hua University and Peking University and other famous universities in China. In the place far away from the capital city, the local students also visit the universities famous in their own province.
So far as the present situation is concerned, is it a good or bad thing to open the university campus for tourists? Different people have different opinions. On one hand, some people argued that it is a good thing for the students to visit the famous university campus in that it can enable the middle students to get more information about the university and they can have enough time and opportunity to prepare themselves with the chance to get into the university. 第二段：正反列举人们的看法。So far as the present situation is concerned, is it a good or bad thing to … …? Different people have different opinions. 第三段：摆明自己观点。In my opinion, … … is not a good thing. … … With the increasing … …, it will ruin … ….
其次，提纯范文“段落写作”。
段落写作分为统一性，连贯性和完整性三方面。
统一性(unity：段落开头的主题句应该做到不可太宽泛，也不可太具体，做到有较强的概括性才能使下文做到有的放矢的展开。范文第二段首句以设问的方式提出一个问题is it a good or bad thing就有很强的概况性。下文自然会一方面从好的方面说明，另一方面从坏的方面说明。
连贯性(coherence：关联词是使文章段落之间相互连贯的必要条件。范文中nowadays, on one hand, on the other hand, in one’s opinion即以“启承转合”递进的顺序是文章条理清晰，层层展开。
完整性(completeness：以设问句“So far as the present situation is concerned, is it a good or bad thing to open the university campus for tourists?”开头，这是平时较少运用的段落写作方式——设问法。“On one hand … …. On the other hand, … ….”是段落写作分类列举法的典型用法。
再次，提纯范文“句子写作”。

2. “… … Tsing Hua University and Peking University and other famous universities … …。”——并列句。并列句是简单的复杂句。但其运用方法并不简单，注意练习并接句的使用，会使句子显的更加饱满。

4. in that = because
表“因为”的连词还有since, for, as，如：

此句以我们常用的人称开头，句式简单，我们可以通过把since提前改变句式，如：

提升英语教学水平，能够提升学生的综合素质。我国提出了文化强国的战略，艺术生作为一种主要的文化群体，提升其综合素质，有利于和谐社会的构建和发展。目前，边远山区的英语教学存在一些问题，导致英语教学水平不高。针对这些问题，我们提出了以下针对性的措施。
（一）增强教学意识，构建良好氛围
首先，要改变传统的教学意识，使教师充分认识到英语教学的重要性，主动提升教学水平。对学生，要向其灌输英语学习能够提升自身沟通能力，促进吸取国外学术或文化精髓。艺术生的学习习惯较为自由，对课程的限制有一定的抵触心理。针对这一现象，教师要采取一些科学管理措施。第一，要对旷课较多的学生进行重点调查和管理，主要采取学生互相监督的方法，促使其按时上课。第二，要增强教学的趣味性，使学生进行自主的学习。可以通过课堂游戏、英文歌曲表演等活动来增强教学的趣味性。第三，要改变考核的机制，将学生的日常学习行为也纳入到考核内容中，使学生具有一定压力，为学生学习提供动力。目前，很多高中的成绩都包含平时成绩，但大多是课堂签到和课后作业的检查，对学生上课的积极性没有进行评估，应该增加一项教师评分。对教师，要进行集中的\'培训，使其自主地进行教学改革，增加教学的深度，对学生进行较为全面、方向正确的教学引导。除了对其教学意识进行增强外，还需要对其教学能力进行培训提升。部分艺术类专业的英语教师本身水平不够高，也会导致教学深度不够。

（三）丰富教学方式，开展深入教学
传统的教学方式比较单一，教师对教学内容没有进行深入的挖掘，对学生学习的主动性也没有进行深入的挖掘，因此需要改变传统的灌输式教学方式，实现合理的教学。具体可以从以下几点来优化教学方式。
第一，对多媒体技术要进行深入的运用。这一技术通过对图像、声音、视频等进行综合运用，丰富了教学内容的表现形式。学生这一心理较为年轻的群体，也更偏爱这种教学方式。在这一方式中，可以将歌曲、电影等艺术形式与英语教学进行结合，与艺术生的专业产生了较多的联系，提高了教学效果，也更便于学生理解。通过电影放映等方式，学生的学习积极性也得到了提升。而且这种教学方式很容易将教学范围扩展到课堂外，学生在课外观看英语电影，学习英语歌曲都可以提升英语水平。
第二，可以在教学中将游戏进行融合。游戏化的教学方式能够极大程度调动学生的学习积极性，促进教学的深入开展。例如进行英语歌曲的教学和歌唱就是一个十分有效的方法。教师可以进行分组有奖竞赛，活跃课堂氛围。在游戏化的教学中，学生能够自主进行学习，教师在欢声笑语中实现了教学目标，有利于学生的健康发展。
第三，讨论式的教学方法具有较好的效果。教师可以在课堂上设定某一个话题，让学生分小组对这一话题进行讨论。这一教学方式不仅提高了学生对英语的运用能力，而且提升了教学效果。教师可以通过在课前向学生传达讨论的课题内容，使其在课下查阅相关的资料，提高课堂开展的效率。在讨论中，学生的英语口语能力得到了较大的提升[4]。
第四，在课堂上进行情景式教学。英语教学的实际运用意义较强，教师可以针对教学内容设定一些对话，由学生来表演。这一教学方式能够提高学生对教学内容的理解程度，还能增强学生的参与感，提高学生在日常生活使用英语的频率，实现课下课上的结合，从而提升教学的实际意义。
