《商业的本质》这本书，我是冲着最后一部分“职业管理篇”才买了看的，看完之后发现非常不错，又从头看了前面两个部分。分而说之：
首先说说最后一个部分“职业管理篇”，看各章标题就发现——“第十一章。我的生命应该如何度过”，“第十二章。走出事业低谷”，“第十三章。心若在，一切就在”——作者更多的是从生活从人生的角度去思考职业，而不是单纯的教科书式的说教。这几章，作者阐述了一个中心：人有着追求“变得更好”的***，这个***驱使着人们努力工作，提升自己的生活。有了这个前提，再去剖析职业管理的各种方法也就是自然而然的了。看着之后，理解了这个思想之后，也就对如何提升自己、如何面对工作豁然开朗了。
其次再来看前面的内容，前面所有章节则是阐述了本书的题目，商业的本质是什么。其实我一直以为商业总是能用为几个简单的词语来概括，比如市场、营销、产品、服务。看完之后，发现自己的认识是比较狭隘的，毕竟我没有过商业经历，作者所解释的商业，是一个完整意义的商业，正如我们从小学习便知道了“数学是什么”、“物理是什么”、“计算机科学是什么”。
商业，是一项复杂而又庞大的东西——暂时觉得东西这个模糊的词语比较合适——正如数学、物理、化学、语文等等。
从实体上来讲，商业涉及到企业、产品、员工、当然还有钱；
从理论上来讲，商业要用到经济学、统计学、心理学等；
从社会行为上讲，商业就是创业、运行和管理企业、开发和销售产品等。
从中抽出重点，来作为对商业本质的描述，我个人觉得作者要表达的是——增长，商业的本质是增长。那么如此简单的概念，为什么会发展成一本书呢？因为要实现增长，就需要一套复杂的系统——企业和市场，以及复杂的行为——商业行为，这些事物和事情当中，就蕴含了商业的本质。

最近有幸拜读了杰克韦尔奇先生写的《商业的本质》一书。获益匪浅，并结合自己的实际情况获得了一些想法和今后做事的方法。
在学习本书的过程中发现了我在我日常的'企业管理中比较严重的问题。
第一条：
当读到韦尔奇先生关于团队目标设立的时候。忽然发现，自己在日常管理中经常强调，我们企业的所有员工都是一家人，都应该一起合力，抓成一个拳头来奋斗。我们整个是一体的，我是头，大家是四肢等等。但是恰恰忘记了最重要的事情，就是我居然没有设立一个明确的企业的目标，而且也没有告诉所有的员工企业现在的经营状况。这样如何才能叫所有的员工有所目标的努力奋斗啊，也根本就不知道自己企业的情况，没有一点的危机意识。忽然就汗如雨下啊，这是犯了多么愚蠢的错误啊！
第二条：
员工犯错没有及时指出，而且并没有及时的告诉员工对的是什么。而且为了顾及员工的面子，并没有告诉其他员工，他做错了，是如何错的，对的是什么样子。还有就是做的好的员工，赞扬和奖励也不够及时。
综上所述，通过对韦尔奇先生《商业的本质》的学习，特别制定出了今后具体的改进和应用。
面对第一条问题的解决方案：
通过一月一次的员工大会上直接使用6张ppt，首先明确企业的目标，并且多次重复强调记忆。通过ppt直观的叫所有员工了解企业的运行状态和竞争对手的信息，并了解双方的市场地位和市场潜在的一些变化因素。
面对第二条的解决方案：
员工如果犯错，及时指出，并告诉员工如何做是对的。并及时告知所有人。
员工如果做的好，就及时的肯定和赞扬，及时的奖励以及告诉其他的所有员工。
经过以上两条长期的潜移默化，所有的员工就会逐渐形成适合于我们企业的是非观，知道什么东西是对的，什么东西是错的。
至于不认同我们企业目标，无法改变以及劝阻的，及时清理出队伍。“心要善，刀要快。”这一句好像是马云说过的！
以上几条，已经开始执行中，由于工作的原因，这篇读后感也好，计划书也好，还是晚到了两个月左右，但是可喜的是，通过以上的这些计划的实际应用，员工的凝聚力和主观能动性明显提高。所以现在写的这篇东西，也算是确实实践过的东西，希望对朋友们能有所帮助。

其次，提纯范文“段落写作”。
段落写作分为统一性，连贯性和完整性三方面。
统一性(unity：段落开头的主题句应该做到不可太宽泛，也不可太具体，做到有较强的概括性才能使下文做到有的放矢的展开。范文第二段首句以设问的方式提出一个问题is it a good or bad thing就有很强的概况性。下文自然会一方面从好的方面说明，另一方面从坏的方面说明。
连贯性(coherence：关联词是使文章段落之间相互连贯的必要条件。范文中nowadays, on one hand, on the other hand, in one’s opinion即以“启承转合”递进的顺序是文章条理清晰，层层展开。
完整性(completeness：以设问句“So far as the present situation is concerned, is it a good or bad thing to open the university campus for tourists?”开头，这是平时较少运用的段落写作方式——设问法。“On one hand … …. On the other hand, … ….”是段落写作分类列举法的典型用法。
