??破仑的英明决策导语：一位成功的领导者是让自己的子民发挥自己真正的长处，这样才能得到最大化的利益。毫无疑问，拿破仑英明的决策证明了他是一个成功的领导者。
成立于法国大革命时期的巴黎理工学校，是法国最负盛名的高等学府之一，该校的宗旨是：“传播数学、物理、化学等科学和制图技术，特别是为炮兵、工兵、路桥、造船、军用和民用工程、开矿和地理等技术性的公立专科学校输送学生。”
1804年12月3日，是拿破仑加冕为法兰西皇帝的第二天。这天，巴黎理工学校的学生奉命参加了三军检阅队，拿破仑亲手将一面“为了祖国的科学和荣誉”的锦旗，授予1804年第一名毕业生阿拉戈(后来成为著名的天文学家，并命令该校队列紧跟在禁卫军之后通过检阅台。如此莫大的荣耀，使这批热血青年激动不已，发誓要用所学为祖国的荣誉而战。
