中国味道英语作文【一】
《味道中国》上映之前，神评论已经零星出现。其中一条豆瓣一星短评这样写：“拍美食纪录片真好，既能让屁民忘了苏丹红和三聚氰胺，还能让屁民油然而生一种民族自豪感，关键完事还能弄成电影骗屁民的钱，既省了演员出场费还打了广告。洗脑作用真是堪比手撕鬼子。”
不知这位网友和天朝什么仇什么怨，要拿“屁民”和纪录片撒气。后来公映，料想拒绝洗脑的人士未必会进影院。我等“屁民”没忍住，去喽了一眼。这一喽，出事了。兴许是受到《舌尖上的中国》大红的蛊惑，好好的食材不讲、烹饪难提，《味道中国》的起手式，就奔着催泪去了。
立春时分，北地冰雪初融，南方的饮食生意已如火如荼。第-四-代肉燕传人陈师傅才露了一手擀燕皮的`功夫，形同尾巴遭踩七寸被捏的配音女声就亮嗓了。原来，上了年岁的陈师傅后继无人，女儿却醉心击鼓。可经过日复一日的濡染与感化，女儿终于“放下鼓槌，拿起燕槌”，成为肉燕第五代传人。这一段的结尾，画外音是一句话：有一种爱，来自于爱上同一种味道。
这是《味道中国》的标准格式，节气开头，故事铺陈，鸡汤收尾，如是往复。清明是江鲜欲上的时节，淮扬菜大厨老仰要为行将出国的外孙女露一手。去骨的江刀捏成鱼丸，本已拍出《饮食男女》开场的节奏，孰料老人家一开口，“鱼丸，弯就是家。”再配上影片“食物永远是表达爱的最好方式”的定调，瞬间又泄了气。
或许是制片方太想强化“唯美食与爱不可辜负”，急于剖白乡土巨变、后继乏人对中国饮食传统带来的冲击，所有故事的编排，都有着极尽鲜明的预设。仿佛观众定要对着食指大动的珍馐，看着看着就馋了，吃着吃着就哭了，才对得起主创的用心良苦。
于是，讲述义乌的豆皮师傅，到大城市“淘金”，因为水质问题，豆皮都做不成了。回到故园，又发现年轻人都做起了小商品生意。分明是扎扎实实的社会现象，硬是拧出了人心不古的慨叹和默然坚守的情怀。“安静的味道需要一颗安静的心慢慢。”话是如此，一五一十说出来，少了留白，反倒成了变相的“只要998”。
全片最打动我的是古法制酱的段落。酱缸成列，航拍的镜头扫过，几位酱工穿梭其间。晒要殷勤，雨要防备，可酱工师傅面对镜头却说：“古法制酱，一年才有一次。我做了30年，其实才做了30多次。”以事实带余韵，远好过旁白“做酱如同做人，有舍才能有得”的故作煽情。
最惊人是临近尾声，朝鲜族妈妈做辣酱迎除夕，打拼在外的儿女归来，最终却落得一句“有时候我们走得很远，只为有一天能尝到妈妈的味道。”为了触动心扉，连基本的逻辑都不要了，《味道中国》也是真的拼。
愿意为了美食走进影院的观众，对生活的热爱无需赘言。他们自然知道，味道背后有情意，有乡土，事关家和远方。但更多时候，食物只是食物本身，美食纪录片的本职，是如实呈现知识与趣味。知道深井烧鹅多取清远乌鬃，明白北京烤鸭的皮肉分离得益于进炉前嘴对嘴的吹气，感佩人蜷菱桶采摘莼菜的艰难，便足以动人。
更多的意义乃至抒情，大可以听凭观众自行生发。优秀的纪录片绝不止于填鸭，更不会以催泪为己任。所有反馈，理当基于最全面的呈现和最直白的事实。不然，催不出泪，倒反了胃，就难免分寸尽失。听过很多道理，却依然吃不好这一生。以此与全天下吃货，以及《味道中国》主创共勉。

我们大家在学英语的同时。好像忘记了我们的母语。我们这中华民族五千年的悠久历史，老祖宗传下来的文化，魅力好像还抵不过一个“洋鬼子”说的“鬼话”是的，英语的确是国际通用语言。可是这就是我们要冷落我们伟大的母语的'原因吗？这原因是在不值一提。中文，是世界上能最清楚表达事物的语言，只改变语调，就能变换语义。中国的语言文字叫“汉字”，而英美的语言文字叫“单词”。
这就明显能体现出汉语的意思准确、精练。我本人是回族，但我并不讨厌“汉”语、“汉”话。相反，我却十分崇敬华夏文化，因为我是中国人。
但看现在世态，我们好像不该在打着中华民族的旗子，说我们是龙的传人了。外语肆意横行，把我们老祖宗留给我们的东西，推进了印度洋深处，实在可怕。我最后竭力大喊一句：“我们是中国人！！！”
