我有一个舅舅叫张博，现在才六年级，在我三年级时，他住在我家。
有一次，我爸和我妈的年级组都要搞活动，老妈便给了我们10元，叫我们自己去吃晚饭，因为我们两个都想买一些小玩意儿，晚饭就吃在离学校不远的面包店的面包，只需两块钱，我拿来面包，自己走在前面，张博正在付钱，我就在那个等车的地方等他，他来了，我习惯性的看他手中的钱，这时，我愣住了，“怎么还剩9元啊?”“我没付你的面包钱，这会儿我们可以多用5角了!”当时，我还蛮高兴的，可是一想，不行啊，那间店本身就是做小生意的，这样都要骗，那每人都骗1元，那家店企不是要***啦!可是，钱对我的诱惑太大了，我只好默不作声。
第二天，我们路过那家店，那家店的老板看着我，我心里有点不安，放学了，我的不安更大了，就走进店，向他说明了事实，付了钱。
还有一次，看过“古都九日游”的因该知道，我们12个人去西安旅游，在第七天，从游乐场回来，路过一家玩具店，一个小弟弟偷偷的拿了一样玩具，我们都不知道，到了宾馆，我才发现他有了这个玩具，我叫他去还掉，他还不肯，我只好老将出马，一个顶十，(除了我和他，还有十人，都还不知道亲自去还玩具了。
是的，道德只是个简单的是与非的问题，实践起来却很难，一个人要是从小受到把偷偷拿来的玩具还回去这样的严格的教育，就会获得道德实践的勇气和力量。

勤俭节约一词，家喻户晓。可虽然人人都知道，但不是容易做不到的。
勤俭节约常常会被人所忽略——特别是我们这些在糖水里泡大的人。我们往往认为这是一件小事，别人不去做我也不去做。其实是错的。我们是这个地球大家庭的成员，我们就该保护我们的家。
你知道吗?现在的地球地下淡水资源并不丰富，很多地区和国家水资源紧缺，今年，我国的云南又一次干旱，土地干裂，人们没有水喝，没有水用，可伤心啦!我们看到这样的情景，是不是该节约用水呀?公共厕所里经常看到有人洗完手以后不关自来水龙头，也没有人去管，导致水一直淌，一直淌。我们不能这样做，不管在哪里，只要看到水龙头在滴水，我们就应该把它关紧。在家里呢，我们可以把洗完脸的水用桶接住冲马桶。我们还可以用淘米水洗碗，不仅节约水，又可以去除碗上的油渍，这样就可以少用洗涤剂，既节约也很环保。
节约是无限制的，不仅仅是节约用水，生活中的点点滴滴都可以节约，如节约用电，无需开灯就不开，开了灯要随手关。我们还要少买玩具，少吃零食，少买新衣服，省下每一分钱，捐给灾区的小朋友……
古人云：“静以修身，俭以养德”，节约是美德。勤俭节约，从我做起。请让我们用勤俭节约来保护我们的家园吧!

Dear all,
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude to my parents for teaching me to be positive and to be strong. “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” is the opinion held by Aristotle. It is the experience of our forefathers, however, it is correct even today, including my parenting.
It is widely acknowledged that parenting, which can also be explained as family education, is of great significance in our character forming and manner acquiring. To be more detailed, setting good examples instead of just giving precepts is the greatest achievement of my parents. They not only taught me to think for the best and prepare for the worst; they taught me how. They not only told me the benefits of being strong in mind; they proved it. All those things require huge amount of time and work, but it’s worth it.
Without my parents’ contribution and education, I would never be who I am now. But most importantly, I would never be more gratitude to them than today.
