在他讲述完趣事，还让我猜故事名。有的.同学不假思索地举起手，小菜叔叔却在黑板上写了3个字—30法则（思考30秒后再举手），大家只好把手放下来，个个绞尽脑汁认真思考起来。30秒一到，同学们争先恐后地举起手来抢答，“瀑布”、“反击”、“改诗”……，答案许许多多，可小菜叔叔都说是错的，回去再好好想想。

我紧张的心情随着日历翻了又翻，终于迎来了那次振奋人心的体育测试。
我深深地记得：那次体育测试规定我们六点半就要到校。我一大早就被闹铃声轰醒，所以很快就来到了学校。学校已人山人海，看来是时候出发了。
我们搭乘公共汽车来到了考试地点，休息了半晌。分队完毕后，在老师的带领下便开始了今天的考试。
第一项考试是50米跑。这是一项最揪人心的考试了，因为它讲究的是争分夺秒。在预备时，同学们就捏紧拳头，眼睛直勾勾地凝视远方。一声令下，大家仿佛离弦的箭一般飞速向前冲。可是天不遂人愿，因为仪器问题，考试成绩无法记录，只得重新测试。这让人的心揪得更紧了。其中有几位女生也要重跑，我原本以为她们会吓得在一旁抹眼泪。可是结果出乎意料，每个同学都沉着地对待了这件事，大家安静地回到了原位，准备迎接下一次的考试。
在紧张的发令声下，同学们跑了再跑，但最后都以无成绩告终。面对这样的打击，大家抱头痛哭也是情有可原的。但事实并非如此，在监考老师的解释下，大家抖擞了精神，脸上的疲惫一扫而光。
最后仪器好了，同学们顺利地跑完了全程，而且成绩相当可观。
那次体育测试给我留下那难忘的一幕，也引起我更深切的思考。这段期间的体育测试难道只是仅仅带给我们身体上的强健吗？不，它也带给了我们精神上的升华。以前，我们或许会伤心训练时老师的严厉，但正是因为那艰难的磨炼才练就了我们现在面对困难不逃避，临危不惧的品质。
