A mountain about two miles away from here is beautiful and it is worth touring. We can go there on foot. 我爱家乡的荷花。暑假的一天，尽管天气炎热，但是丝毫不影响我看荷花的热情。一眼望去只见无边无际的荷花连成一片。那一张张磨盘似的荷叶在风中摇曳，你拥我挤的。

我爱家乡的荷花。西湖中盛开的荷花，有得穿着白色的衣服，也有的穿着粉色的衣服，在阳光下，亭亭玉立的荷花闪烁着耀眼的光彩。

有了荷花当然少不了花骨朵儿啦!一个个花骨朵儿像梭子一样含苞待放，楚楚动人。就像大诗人杨万里所写的.诗句：“毕竟西湖六月中，风光不与四时同。接天莲叶无穷碧，映日荷花别样红。”

我望着那一片荷花，情不自禁地想起了如今社会上的那些人，如：最美妈妈、最美司机、最美爷爷、最美老师、最美医生······这些人拥有的和荷花“出淤泥而不染”的精神一样，这值得我们学习。

美丽的荷花引来了许多小昆虫，其中最多的是黄色的蜻蜓。这些蜻蜓在荷花中翩翩起舞。一会儿飞起来，一会儿落在水面上产子，速度可快了，让人看都看不清，更为荷花增加了神秘感，也为西湖增添了光彩。

我爱家乡的荷花。当一朵朵荷花熟了、老了、谢了，一个个碧绿的莲蓬就诞生了，像麦克风一样展现在人们眼前。她炫耀着自己的姿色，展示着自己迷人的风采。

今天，我深深地感受到荷花给予人们无限的享受，给予人们深刻的启示。尽管荷花开的时间短暂，但是我还是爱家乡的荷花。

循着家乡的小路，穿过大街小巷，我回到了家乡。这股兴奋劲儿简直无法形容。因为我从小就离开了家乡，所以对家乡的一朝一幕格外想念。

随后，映入我们眼帘的家乡焕然一新、与以前截然不同：像蜘蛛网一般的小路一尘不染，整个街的空气新鲜可佳。但香味更诱人的`却要数巷里的饭店，每一碟菜都做得香味扑鼻。路边井然有序地摆放着交通工具，旁边的大树茂密蓬壮，青翠欲滴。树上鸟语花香，成群结队的鸟儿在上面建巢。再去瞧瞧家乡的公园：山光水色、今非昔比，美不胜收，群蝶围花舞。花坛里百花争艳。这一切简直是人间天堂!

接着，我好奇地聆听爷爷讲述旧时的家乡：以前人们无论想要到多远的地方，都是用步行，当然就没有交通工具。而且当时大街小巷也有一两家饭店，还是装修非常简陋的。房子呢?当然不比现在的高楼大厦，全部都是小平屋……

听了爷爷的阐述，我有好奇地询问爷爷，为什么家乡会有这么大的变化。爷爷语重心长地说道：“那都是党的功劳1自从中国统一后，共产党就到全国各地帮忙建设：植树造林，盖楼，生产交通工具……

哇，听着听着，我不禁感叹道：“共产党真不愧为人民子弟兵呀!”
