Yesterday, our class had a discussion about whether junior students could ride electric bicycles to go to school. 25 students of our class agreed with it, because they said that it is convenient for them and it could take less time to go to school. They said it is not safe for the junior students to get to school by electric bicycles, for they are too young. They also said in the morning the traffic was very busy and the students couldn't ride electric bicycles quickly. Besides, there are too much electric bicycles in the street now, they can get hurt easily.

人都生活在一个无形的圈子里，圈里有熟悉的环境、认识的人、习惯的事。这就是所谓的舒适圈。
诚然，根据马斯洛需求理论，人出于对安全感的需求而需要这样一个舒适圈，以求规避不必要的挑战，求得心理上的安逸。
然而，长期处在这名为舒适圈，实为避难所的圈子里，我在得到安全感的同时是否也失去了进步的机遇？在求得轻松的同时，是否也丢失了更美好的未来？比起安于舒适圈，我们更应该跳出舒适圈，于未知与挑战之中，寻得个人价值，寻得真理与进步。
跳出舒适圈，意味着个体自我价值的实现，人在面临未知与挑战时，最有可能激发出自身的潜能，成就更高的生命价值。王洛勇离开故土亲人，只身来到语言不通的大洋彼岸，在文化不同、经济拮据的异国淬炼自己，终成百老汇华裔第一人，可见，国外的世界固然荆棘遍地，但个体唯有面对未知与挑战方能真正成长。
从历史演化的角度看，跳出舒适圈更意味着文明的`进步与延续。当原始人第一次走出熟悉的洞穴，面对无边的世界，人类的历史从此起步；当哥伦布离开欧洲大陆，开启探索远方的征程，文明的足迹开始蔓延。反观19世纪的旧中国，一味沉醉于“天朝上国”的迷梦中，闭关锁国，安逸于自己搭建的舒适圈，终走上被时代抛弃的消亡之路；而敢于跳出舒适圈的文明方可见进步的曙光。
跳出舒适圈，更是一条通往真理的大道。回望近代物理的发展史，面对摇摇欲坠的经典物理，有人畏畏缩缩，留恋于自己熟悉的领域，终无所获；有人却敢于跳出舒适圈，开辟量子物理的新天地，在不确定性的海洋中终窥得上帝的骰子。真理并非一成不变，而是在不断发展之中的，一味安于前人划定的舒适圈内而不思、不敢向外一步，只会成为无知的村民，终其一生也走不出无知山谷；唯有敢于跳出舒适圈的先行者，才能寻得那山谷外的真理。
而要真正做到跳出舒适圈，个体必须要有对未知好奇与无畏，以及一颗永不安定的心。后者驱动着我们对圈外世界的好奇，而对未知的无畏让我们坚定自己探索与前行的步伐。同时，社会必须要有进步与宽容的眼光，在外界变化的大趋势中窥得自身的局限，并通过不断地尝试从而跳出固有的舒适圈，在圈外的挑战中寻得发展与进步的机遇。
舒适圈能给我们一时的安全感，却无法带来真正意义上的进步。唯有跳出舒适圈，跳出这个安全的茧房，我们才能在圈外的狂风暴雨中，真正迎来云层背后的曙光。

舒适并不必然是好事，一个人长时间处在“舒适地带”，会形成惯性的心理状态和行为定势，即便得到了安静、稳定、闲适，失去的东西却多得多。心理学将人对外部世界的认知分为舒适区、学习区和恐惧区，每个人都乐于在自己有限的最适区里展开常规活动，把压力降至最低，把焦虑拒之门外。离开心理上的“安乐窝”，总会有接纳新事物的'不适感。可如果不去打破舒适区的枷锁，怎能知道外面世界的精彩？
“舒适地带”于为官从政者也不例外。从前，一些干部“一杯茶、一张报、一天会、一台车、一席宴”的标配，如同温室一般将自己笼罩在安逸中，当官甚至被人视作“天底下最容易的事”。但凡需要加班熬夜或者下基层蹲点，一些“娇气”官员在心态上和身体上都难以适应。不仅工作环境，做事方式上同样存在“舒适倾向”：习惯被周围人捧着、惯着、宠着，却不愿在群众的监督下做事；习惯在鲜花和掌声中争取功名，却不愿到默默无闻的岗位上奉献付出；习惯在顺风顺水中打“顺风球”，却不愿在山重水复时开山辟路……
过于讲求“舒适地带”，创业劲头可能会被磨平，改革动力可能会被耗光。群众中有声音说，“日子过得舒服，是官员缺少改革动力的重要原因”，可谓切中要害。更关键的是，由舒适安逸走向奢靡享乐，可能只有一杯酒、一根烟的距离。包下酒店常住，出入高档会所宴饮游乐，不遵守工作时间外出打高尔夫，这些做法固然让身心舒服，可作风之患也因之而起。古人云，宴安鸩毒，不可怀也。此中深意，不言自明。
安于“舒适地带”，其实是一种精神上的贫困。把自己关在“城堡”里太久，精神上必然缺乏追求和闯劲，陷入一种简单层次上的自我重复，很难有进步和改观，这就是“内卷化效应”。克服“内卷化”，避免自我懈怠、自我消耗，需要靠外界的纪律规矩约束，也要靠自我严格要求。就像组织“不能在‘温室’里培养干部”一样，干部自身也要有走出温室、打破安逸的自觉，才能走出精神和追求上的洼地。多一些本领恐慌，不畏难不避险，越是硬骨头越要啃，党员才有党员的样子，公仆才有公仆的本色。
人毕竟不是仅仅为自我舒适而生，党员干部更应在个体冷暖安危之外，有更高的理想追求、更大的自我期许。“牧民省长”尕布龙，哪里工作最苦最累就会出现在哪里，从副部级岗位卸任后投身山林绿化。独龙族干部高德荣“用身影指挥人，而不是用声音指挥人”，风餐露宿，倾尽全力带领老乡致富。放弃了优渥待遇，他们却都收获了不平凡的人生，得到百姓的交口称赞。

nowadays, we can see some boys and girls who live in a small world of their own. they bury themselves among books and are proud of themselves. they think that it will make them lose their face if they do housework for they often think themselves very noble.
these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single,yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true.however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?
