今天下午，老师让我们来玩一次跳绳比赛，我们兴奋地从凳子上蹦了起来。
都是按上课的组排的，我是第一组，我们组的女队员选了鲍欣，男队员选了郭鹏飞。第一轮是女同学比赛。比赛开始了，只见选手们上下挥动着双手，两只灵活的小脚在地上用轻盈的步伐快速地跳动，辫子像一只小燕子在空中飞翔。她们跳的正气劲时，老师说停了，选手的头上早已沾满了汗珠。
第二轮是男同学比赛，他们一个个跺着双脚，一个个咬着牙齿，像在吃苦药一样。他们虽然没有女选手那样轻盈，但是速度相当快。
最后老师跳了起来。老师那白净柔嫩的瓜子脸现在变成了红苹果似的，蹦的.步态也很轻盈。
比赛结束了，第二小队以278分的成绩夺得了这次的冠军，但是，我们小组和其他小组的同学都有信心下次夺得冠军！

今天下午，我们班秩序井然地排好队，来到操场上准备参加冬锻三项比赛。只见看见操场上已经有许多同学在试跳了，我们不甘示弱，纷纷在一旁练习起来。快听，广播里提醒参加跳双飞的同学作好准备。比赛快要开始了，我们班的陆以飘、蒋夏峰、濮轶杰等人严正以待。“预备，开始！”随着体育老师一声令下，我们的运动员们奋力一搏，气氛紧张又激烈，我们拉拉队大声喊着：“加油，加油！”加油声此起彼伏，响彻操场上空。
终于等到我们露一手了，我参加的是跳长绳，长长的队伍像一条长龙。老师一声令下，我们一个接着一个往里钻，轮到我跳了。我飞快地钻进去，一跃而过，终于舒了口气。不幸，有一次我不小心踩到了绳子，没过，害得整组停了下来。我还担心同学们会责怪我，没想到非但没有，反而大家鼓励我再接再厉。最后，我们女生队一共跳了116个。
这次，我们班虽然没有得到骄人的成绩，但是我还是非常开心。因为冬锻三项活动既锻炼了我们的身体，而且还培养了我们合作的精神，为集体争光的品质。

这时候，一个大个子叔叔，从这路过，也情不自禁地坐下来。现在场上的比分是1：0输的一方发起疯狂的反击，只见他们飞快的奔跑，看到防守的队员一点也不紧张，他把球一挑，过了方式队员，一脚凌空抽射，球进门了！
太阳慢慢地偏西了，他们背起书包走在路上，“咯咯”的笑声传得很远很远……
