1.开设法学专业的学校多。随着社会主义法制建设进程的不断加快，法学专业也得到了飞速发展。据统计，到2009年，中国大陆设立法本科学专业的就有630所大学，法学专业本科生超过了30万人，而专科生也达到了22万之多。由此我们不难看出，法学专业在中国的发展正呈现着欣欣向荣的趋势。然而，相对于我国法学专业学生人数之多，法学专业毕业生却面临着就业率低、失业率高的状况。而导致这一状况发生的一个重要原因，就是有一部分的高校为了建设综合型大学，贸贸然开设了法学专业，在扩大招生的同时却未做好教学工作。此外，各类专职学校以及成人大学等都纷纷开设法学专业，这些学校的大量招生也在很大程度上增加了法学专业的学生人数，其中很大一部分法学专业的学生并没有接受完整的课程，其在法学方面也只能算是半吊子，根本无法适应社会对法学人才的要求，这也是导致其就业率和失业率问题的一个关键因素。
2.法学教育层次多样化。我国的法学教育按照层次来分可以分为：专科、本科、硕士、博士、博士后。由此我们不难看出我的的法学教育具有层次丰富的特点，它也体现着我国法学教育的繁荣。然而，在法学教育所呈现的欣欣向荣景象背后，却隐藏着许多的弊端。层次的多样化所导致的一个重要结果就是法学教育的`混乱。法学专业既有专业水平很低的专科，也有专业水平相当高的博士后，这也使得专业专业就业者在其择业时所呈现出的专业水平良莠不齐的现象，有很多毕业生并未真正掌握法学知识以及法学的实践能力，根本无法顺利入岗。而这些毕业生进入到社会，不仅增加了社会的就业压力，而且对我国的社会主义法制社会进程也有很大影响。
3.法学教师师资力量薄弱。教师是教学的重要组成部分，对于学生所能够产生的影响是不可估量的。一个好的教师能够引导学生积极主动的学习，培养学生的思考能力，锻炼学生自主学习的才能。然而，一部分学校的法学专业是为了建设综合型校园而开设的，实际上并不具备足够的师资力量。这也就导致了这一专业的教师队伍大多是由刚毕业的硕士和博士生担任。这些老师一方面缺乏具体的实践，另一方面又缺乏相应的教育经验，在教学过程中主要以照本宣科为主，枯燥乏味的课堂很容易让学生失去学习的兴趣，尤其是法学这个原本就很枯燥的专业，兴趣的缺失自然而然导致了学生学习的懒散，既不能把握上课的时间，也缺乏自主学习的能力，根本无法成长为社会需要的法学人才。与此同时，有些任课教师在教授知识的同时还要准备学术语言文言化的复古倾向--一个值得关注的语言科学技术报告、学位论文和学术论文的编写格式浅析“教学学术”视角下大学教师教学责任意识剖析传播学术中的“欧洲中心主义”——亚洲中从Ontology的译名之争看哲学术语的翻译原则试论新闻学学术规范研究的依据与路径论析大学教师教学与科研的学术责任中学的学术:一个亟待关注的话题试论学术嬗变中的教育创新环境法学的学术特色与贡献，所花费的时间和精力较大，对于教学的投入自然就减少了，教学质量的下降也就不难揣测了。
4.高校法学专业的硬件设施缺乏。一些高校建立法学专业时并不具备相应的教学素质，他们在硬件设施上的准备和投入也是匮乏的。法学专业的硬件设施不仅包括模拟法庭、多媒体教室和实习基地等的设施，还包括计算机房以及图书馆。模拟法庭和多媒体教室的存在能够极大的丰富教学方法，让学生在欣赏相关影像以及具体的操作中体悟法学的内涵和乐趣，在课后对资料的收集中增长法学知识，提高学习的能力。然而，有些高校在这些基础设施的准备上是相当简陋的，模拟法庭即使准备了也是个摆设，计算机房陈旧不看，图书馆中关于法律的图书少之又少。
5.学生缺乏实践的机会。法学专业本就是一个应用型的、务实的专业，是与社会息息相关的。因此，高校组织法学专业学生进行实习，是非常必要的。然而，现实情况是，大多高校并未设置与法学专业相关的实习课程，毕业实习也是流于形式，这就使得法学专业学生缺乏具体的实践操作，在毕业进入社会时往往出现非常尴尬的境况，如不会书写诉讼稿，不会起草合同书等。

My family also has a dog, its name is lu lu, is a male dog. It was a shish dog, covered with long, golden hair and felt soft and comfortable. It had big black eyes and a twinkle in the evening. There's also a lovely flat black nose that is always wet, so it likes to lick its nose. There was a cute little braid tied to the head, and a red bow tied to the braid.

Most of them were parents and children. We first went to see the animal. I like parrots most. And then we saw the animal shows. Elephants, tigers, lions and monkeys did wonderful shows for us. People were happy, especially the children. After that, we went to experienced the entertainment facilities.
My mum was too scared to be with us. So, only my dad and I played. It was so exciting, but I was a little dizzy. However, I was very happy. It was a great day.

Yesterday was Sunday and it was a fine day.My parents and I visited the zoo.We went by bus.We started out at 8:00 in the morning and got there at 8:30.There were many people in the zoo.Some were watching the animals,some were playing games and others were resting under the trees.We went to watch the birds first.Then we came to see the monkeys.They were very lovely.We also saw the tigers and the lions.We saw many animals in the zoo.We felt very happy.
