在生活方面，必须时刻注意保护自己的身体，“合理的饮食、充足的睡眠、适度的运动”，这三点可以说是身体健康的三要素。具体到饮食上要少喝饮料，少吃垃圾食品，最好不吃，多喝白开水、纯净水，多吃主食、蔬菜；尽量保证足量的睡眠时间，绝不做熬夜苦读这种得不偿失的事，最好养成午休的习惯；尽可能利用课间、课余时间多活动身体，多做有氧运动。一个健康的体魄，不仅是你现在快乐生活和学习的保证，也是自己一生生活幸福的基础。
