安全法制教育讲座听后感
七、二 叶金杨
今天，我们学校请来了李所长给我们讲述未成年人犯罪案例以及未成年人犯罪原因，特点，我们应该怎样防范等。
第一个案例是一个13人组合的犯罪团伙。作案已有两百多例，都是以抢劫，偷盗为主。有一次，他们准备抢劫，不听受害者劝告，反而恼羞成怒地将其推下南明河，幸好受害者会游泳，自己游上了岸。更有些受害者不敢报案，所以他们作案的实际数字还没有统计上来。据了解，这13人中有11人都生活在单亲家庭，父母离婚。更有个家庭，他的爸爸死了，妈妈出走，只剩他和他爷爷，爷爷身体不好，没有经济来源，属于低保家庭。他养成了懒懒散散的习惯，想上学就上，慢慢地就和不良少年混在一起。
第二个案例是团伙***人案。2001年，某区的保安拨打了110，警察接到了电话，得知有人被刺伤。110马上赶到现场，把受害人立即送往医院。经调查，是不良少年帮害，错伤他人。有一个叫王**帮在网上发布消息，要报复**。带了十多个人，乘上了中巴车，到了凶案地，当场***伤三名中学生，一人重伤，两人轻伤。案发后罪犯坐火车逃到重庆。过了一段时间，他们认为没事了，就陆陆续续地回到贵阳，结果全被公安机关抓获。经调查，他们的家庭也都是单亲家庭。 第三个案例是抢劫案。2001年2月5号，有一个九中的女学生被抢。她用手机打电话，罪犯想据为己有，结果被警察抓获。经过调查，他也是很早就辍学。没有人管，就逃学。和社会上的不良少年接触，结果走上犯罪道路，被判刑三年。 第四个案例是1993年发生在军体校。凶手的爸爸是离异再婚，他和后妈的关系处地得很紧张，所以产生了***人的念头，便悄悄地把手枪偷回家中，把自己的后妈打死了，还把后妈刚刚生了才六个月的妹妹勒死了。
从这四个案件来看，都有一个重要的原因：家庭破灭，受到社会上的不良接触，逐步走上了犯罪的道路。看黄色书刊，电影，上网。也有自身原因，不良习惯，小时候，经常偷偷摸摸地偷同学的东西，同学不向老师反映。所以就给他了机会，产生了侥幸心理。
家庭，父母教育都很重要，如果教育不好，危害很大，离婚使孩子过早地尝到苦涩，或把孩子当成包袱。家长把昔日的怜爱变成厌恶，把细心呵护变成不闻不问。这样一来对于未成年孩子来说是无法承受的，所以他们就走向犯罪。人生出来，本来就是友善的，最重要的就是父母亲的教育。他们的犯罪特点是低龄化，团伙化，手段恶劣，情节严重，有时会产生报复心理，不考虑后果。有时喊起一大群人，一起坐车从城南到城北拿刀***人。
为了增强自我防范意识，我们应遵守以下几点：
1、自我安全防范，不要与不良青少年交往。
2、不要登陆不良网址。
3、不观看，不下载黄色资料。
4、远离毒品，拒绝吸毒。
当我们在生活中遇到犯罪的时候应该做到以下几点：
1、要躲避犯罪，树立自我保护意识，不提倡斗争。
2、如果受害，应告知学校，教师及家长，或向有关部门报告。
3、加强法制观念学习。法制教育已纳入学习规划。
听了讲座后，我认为未成年人犯罪的主要原因是家庭，父母带来的。也有自身的.心理问题。但最重要的是要有一个良好的心态，良好的心理素质，去面对，去承受外界所带来的压力。我也学会了许多遇到犯罪事件发生在自己的身边时，我们应该怎样防范，杜绝这类事件的发生。

There are a small number of people called “the moonlight clan” in our society, who always run out of their income each month and have no plan to save money. Concerning with this kind of consumption conception, some consider it as a fashion while other oppose it.
在我们的社会中有一小部分人叫“月光族”，他们每个月总是没有钱剩余也没有存钱的计划。关于这种消费观念，有人认为是时尚而其他则持反对态度。
Those who are in favor of this kind of consumption conception point out that being moonlight clan let them have more chances to enjoy lives and live in a high-quality life. However, the opponents argue that it is not a kind of rational conception because those called “the moonlight clan” may have no ability to cope with their rainy day. In addition, this kind of consumption habit put a premium on extravagance and waste to some extent.
那些支持这种消费观念的人指出成为月光族让他们有更多的机会享受生活，过高质量的生活。然而，反对者则认为那不是理性的概念，因为那些所谓的“月光族”在他们低迷的时候可能没有能力应付。此外，这种消费习惯在某种程度上形成了奢侈浪费。
Taking the two opinions into consideration, I am inclined to agree with the latter one. From my point of view, the life of the moonlight clan is more luxurious or high-quality but they may be lack of sense of security, especially in their rainy day. Therefore, I still advocate that all of us should keep some money at any time so that we will not be too difficult in our rainy day.
考虑到以上两个观点，我倾向于同意后者。从我的角度来看，月光族的生活更豪华或质量更高但是他们也许会缺乏安全感，尤其是低迷的时候。因此，我仍然认为我们所有人在任何时候都应该存一些钱，这样在困难的时候就不会过得太艰辛。

Finally,the IQ, EQ, SQ issue. When we define one man is successful or not, we do notlook into his academic record or intelligence quotient (IQ, but the balance developmentof intelligence quotient, emotional quotient and spiritual quotient.
最后，IQ，EQ，SQ的问题。当我们定义一个人成功与否，我们不仅仅看他学科成绩和智商，二世要看智商，情商，灵商的均衡发展。
Tosum up, if we want to survive in this competitive society, we need a comprehensivedevelopment to adapt to the requirement of the modern enterprise, or we willeliminated by the society.

A man walking in the night slipped from a rock. Afraid that he would fall down thousands of feet, because he knew that place was a very deep valley, he took hold of a branch that was hanging over the rock. In the night all he couls see was a bottomless abyss. He shouted, his own shout reflected back--there was nobody to hear.
You can imagine that man and his whole night of scare. Every moment there was death, his hands were becoming cold, he was losing his gripand as the sun came out he looked down and he laughed. There was no abyss. Just six inches down there was a rock. He could have rested the whole night, slept well---the rock was big enough---but the whole night was a nightmare.
Fear is only six inches deep. Now it is up to you whether you want to go on cling to the branch and turn your life into a nightmare, or whether you would love to leave the branch and stand on your feet.
There is nothing to fear.
