星期六，我在金笔作文班上课时，赵老师笑眯眯地对我们说：“同学们，请准备好一张纸和两支笔。”赵老师的话音刚落，教室里就顿时沸腾起来了，我想：“赵老师的葫芦里卖的究竟是什么药呢？”
想着想着，正在大家百思不得其解的时候，赵老师在黑板上写下了“方圆画”几个字，这时，同学们茅塞顿开。方圆画这个游戏的规则是：左手和右手分别拿着一支笔，然后用左手画方，用右手画圆。在知道了比赛规则以后，赵老师首先让自告奋勇地唐梓荞上讲台来给大家做示范，而唐梓荞却画出了一个英文字母“D”。这时，引得大家哈哈大笑。
第一轮的比赛正式开始了，李治镱和李康馨开始比赛了，只见他们拿着两根粉笔，两只手同时画了起来，他们画完以后，只见李康馨画了一个正方形和梯形，引得全班哄堂大笑了起来。
经过了第一轮的比赛，同学们个个都跃跃欲试，争着想参加第二轮的比赛，而最后，赵老师选了王雨露和刘奕宸上讲台比赛，他们吸取了第一轮同学的经验，两只手分别拿着粉笔，将方圆画一气呵成，可还是画得不像方也不像圆。
最后，赵老师让我们在先前准备好的纸上画方圆画，这时，我心想：“不就是画方圆画吗，这简直就是张飞吃豆芽——小菜一碟。”于量，我便迫不及待地开始画了。可当我真正拿起笔画的时候，只要左手画方，右手也会画成方，顾着右手画圆，左手也会画成圆，真有一种顾此失彼的感觉。这时，赵老师问我们：“同学们，这个游戏难吗？”同学们异口同声地说：“好难呀！”现在，同学们都再也不说方圆画简单了。
生活中，处处需要规则，俗话说：“没有规矩，不成方圆。”这就好像我匀在画方圆画时，如果同时画的时候，就画得不是很好，因此，我们要遵守规则，这样我们的生活才会有秩序。

在其他父母的心中，当孩子天真淘皮的时候，也许规矩并不是那么重要，他们认为以后可以慢慢培养，但我的妈妈却从小就给我要立规矩。
记得在我很小的时候，有一天，妈妈带我去城关玩，因为忘带了垃圾袋，我手上拿着用完的餐巾纸，不太舒服。突然，我远远望见了一个垃圾桶，只是因为垃圾桶装满了，所以味道很臭，我捂着鼻子，像投篮一样，把手上的垃圾向垃圾桶扔去，就马上回头向妈妈跑去，却看见妈妈皱了皱眉头，对我说：“去捡起来，放进桶里去。”我怔住了，妈妈一直是个很爱干净的人，为什么会让我去那么臭的垃圾桶旁边呢？于是，我撒娇说：“那儿臭死了……”可妈妈说：“如果人人皆知都这样，那垃圾桶边全是垃圾，还要垃圾桶干吗？去把它检起来！”望着温和的妈妈一下字变得那么严厉，我震惊极了，不就是一张餐巾纸吗，妈妈为什么发那么大的脾气呢？无可奈何，我只好向散发着恶臭的垃圾桶一步一步移去，我扭转头，捡去垃圾，正想扔进桶内，妈妈却说：“等一下，垃圾桶已经被装满了，我们去别的地方扔。”结果，我和妈妈走了许多路才好不容易找到了垃圾桶。那天，我一直不明白妈妈的`用意。
随着年龄慢慢长大，我终于明白了规矩只有从小时候做起，长大后才会有好的习惯，妈妈从小就给我立规矩，以培养我养成良好的习惯，现在文明的意识和行为已成为我的本能和习惯。我真要谢谢妈妈！

we know that despite the fact that seventy percent of the earth＇s surface is covered with water, only a little part of it is fresh water. yet the demand for fresh water in our daily life and in industry seems great. moreover, with the expansion of the population and development of industry, the amount of the fresh water needed will increase even rapidly. it is estimated that if such a trend continues, the fresh water on earth will be exhausted very soon. what is worse, more and more water resources are being polluted, making the water unfit to use.
in addition,we must warn the people of the importance of water and the danger we are facing.for example, in most asian societies where rice is the staple food, the water used after cleaning rice contains various nutrients for plant growth and is an excellent detergent to flush the toilet. furthermore, the intriguing idea of converting the inexhaustible sea water to fresh water supplies will be the ultimate solution.
