暑假去新疆的英语作文【一】
车刚进入玛依塔斯，吐鲁番的酷热被远远的抛在后面，迎接我们的是玛依塔斯独有的风。
耀眼的阳光不知什么时候躲了起来，天灰蒙蒙的，我们已经感觉到车身剧烈地摇晃，风在敲门了。我打开车窗，风便迫不及待地钻了进来，一下子吹醒了车内所有沉睡中的人。“快把窗子关上!”导游一边大声说，一边三步并作两步走过来使劲关上车窗。这一瞬间，风把她的帽子狠狠地吹跑了，也让我们领略到玛依塔斯风的厉害。导游赶紧抓住帽子，指了指车子左侧的一条白色隔离带说：“前两天就有一列火车的两节车厢在这里被吹翻了。这里所有的道路都是单行道……”为了使车保持平衡，导游安排我们调换了座位。我心里默默祈祷：千万不要翻车啊!
好不容易到了休息站，导游刚打开车门，狂风带着哨声冲进车内，着实给我们来了一个下马威!便利店近在咫尺，我们却被狂风捉弄，走两步退一步，艰难前行。风吹得我睁不开眼。好不容易快挪到便利店了，不知从哪边吹来一股狂风，把我吹到相隔五米的厕所，真无奈。我伸平胳膊，努力使自己保持平衡，风却从我的左袖口钻了进去，又从右袖口钻了出来，把我的衣服吹得鼓鼓的，像充气的气球一样，马尾辫也像马飞奔时的尾巴似的，肆意地抽打着我的脸。
风像一只无形的巨手，拽弯了树的枝杈，卷走了地上的尘土，连天上的鸟儿都被吹走了，所有被风吹过的地方都干干净净。我看见妈妈艰难地向我走来，像是在和我说话，她的声音几乎也被风吹跑了，回响在耳边的只有风鸣。我们几个孩子在风中任凭风吹走，跑着，衣服抖得像海浪一样，脸上的笑容也被吹得“狰狞”起来。这时我看到导游挥动着手中的旗子，扯着嗓子喊：“上车了!”
车摇摇摆摆地启动了。我望着车窗外依然在“呼啸”的风，恋恋不舍。再见了，玛依塔斯的风。

At college, I missed my parents a lot. As the term was drawing to an end, I eagerly looked forward to going home. And I planned to do a thousand and one things during the vacation. Above all, I wanted to help my mother with housework. I also wished to read many hooks which my teachers had recommended. However, at home, my mother would never let me do anything. She completely deprived me of sharing her work. As soon as I opened a book to read,she would sit down beside me and ask me about all kinds of things at the college. To please her,I told her one thing after another,and soon I forgot all about books. Even when I was actually reading,she would, now and then,insist that I should eat an egg or drink a cup of tea. When I left home at the end of the vacation, not a thing in my plan had been carried out. But I felt very happy. I believed much more deeply than before in the old saying: Home, sweet home. There’s no place like home!
暑假去新疆的英语作文【三】
八月份的中国非常炎热，但是到了英国我们才知道天气有多冷。出了飞机场上了公交车，导游说：“坐一个半小时的车就到了英国人的居民区，到了居民区英国的感受就有寄宿家庭的主初到人来接我们”。
我们寄宿的家庭女主人大约有五十多岁！见到我们非常热情，到了家里我才发现，英国人的家庭都是楼房，并且有好几层，每一层都铺着漂亮的地毯，房子周围一圈都是修剪的整整齐齐的草坪，和我们国内的别墅一样，不过在这里这样的别墅却很普通，另外，在英国几乎每家每户都养着猫。
女主人带我们来到了我们住的房间，房间在最顶层，即干净又整洁。房间摆着三张床，我在中间，陈颖靠窗户，杨洁在最里面，收拾好东西，女主人说：“dinner girls”。意思就是说吃晚饭了。
到了楼下，在宽敞的餐厅里有一张大桌子。大家都到齐后，开始上晚餐了，晚餐是吃披萨饼，在中国都是大家围在一起吃饭。英国人却是一人一份。并且饭菜的口味也和中国不一样，我们吃的饭甜是甜，咸是咸，而英国人是甜咸搭配，以前听说过披萨饼，今天吃了地道的披萨饼，甜里加咸还有点酸，味道有点特别，还行吧，入乡随俗，学着适应吧。
吃完晚饭我们回到了房间，这时候已经八点半了，可是英国的太阳落的很晚，看着太阳，时间像中国下午六点左右一样。将近九点半了，我们都要洗漱上床睡觉了，太阳好像才刚刚落山，快十点的时候，月亮才缓缓升起。
来到这里第一天，让我初步了解了英国人日常生活习惯，家中的装饰、摆设，还有饮食习惯，也知道了英国日落是什么时候，一切都是那么的新奇。好希望一眨眼功夫天就亮起来，好让我更多的了解英国。在期待中我渐渐进入梦乡。
