应该说对教育专著，我向来不感兴趣，始终认为哪些理论太枯燥、乏味，对我们的实际教育教学，没有太多的指导意义，然而暑假里拜读了苏霍姆林斯基《给教师的建议》一书后，改变了我的想法，这位大教育家的思想深深吸引了我，让我深受触动。
《给教师的建议》不仅是一部教育理论专著，而且是一部教育实践的百科全书，书中不仅有生动的实际事例，也有精辟的理论分析。读罢此书，大大开阔了我的眼界，提高了我的教育教学的水平。下面就针对书中贯穿的观点谈谈我的思考和体会。

good morning， my name is jack， it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview， i would like to answer whatever you may raise， and i hope i can make a good performance today， eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september.
now i will introduce myself briefly，i am 21 years old，born in heilongjiang province ，northeast of china，and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.
in the past 4 years，i spend most of my time on study，i have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides， i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing， this is our advantage study here， i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us， unfortunately， although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978，our packaging industry are still underdeveloped， mess， unstable， the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law， and what is my plan during graduate study life， i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal，i like my major packaging and i wont give up，if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education.
i will work hard in thesefields ，patent ，trademark， copyright， on the base of my years study in department of p p， my character? i cannot describe it well， but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone， reading， listening to music， but i am not lonely， i like to chat with my classmates， almost talk everything ，my favorite pastime is valleyball，playing cards or surf online. through college life，i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way， i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.

作为一名小学教师，每天面对性格各异的学生，总会出现这样那样的教育难题。有些时候自己绞尽脑汁去想解决问题的办法，但是由于自己的理论知识水平有限，所以一直都没有形成较好的解决对策。拜读了苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的建议》一书，书中很多的教育理论和方法给了我启发，而且书中举了很多例子，使我一直思考的问题得到了解决的办法，这也燃起了我对读书以的热情。
在书中的第28条建议中，提到了劳动的重要性。这里的劳动并不只是指干活，而是指动手操作。有时候教师说了一堂课可能也不及学生动手试一试，理解的扎实。所我们教师要转变观念，转变角色，把课堂还给学生，让学生成为课堂的主人，更多的采用动手操作的形式让学生更为直接的感受和体会，提高教学的效率。
建议中第35条和第36条都是说如何培养学生记忆力。书中提到，学生的思维固然重要，但很多时候学生是在提取已有的知识经验解决问题。所以，记忆力不管是对成人还是对学生都是至关重要的。我们想想那些学习好的学生是不是都是记忆力特别强的呢？但是这种记忆力并不是指的死记硬背。这样只会把人变成傻瓜。他说：“依靠自身的努力和顽强的意志而获取的知识越多，逻辑的认识对学生的情绪领域触动得越深，那么记忆就越牢固，新的知识在意识中的安置就越有秩序和严整。”在这里，他特别强调了有理解的记忆。也就是说，在记忆的过程中，不随意记忆占的成分越大，他可能记忆的东西就越牢固。
其实，书中的每一条建议都值得我们去思考和实践。今后我还会继续去学习这本书中优秀的教育理念和方法。为己所用，让自己的教育教学能力得到更大的提高，从而影响每一个学生。
