There are more than one angle to consider this phenomenon. On one hand, it is pleasantly acknowledged that smartphones shorten the distance between families and friends. Even people from different sides of the globe can share pictures, feelings and thoughts through various types of apps on the phone, thus building a long-distance connection. On the other hand, as the picture warns us, too much smartphone addiction interferes with people's real-life communication. Statistics show that over 70 percent of face-to-face communication consists of facial expressions and body language, which is why people should stay away from mobile phones when they have the chance to actually talk and communicate with others.
In a word, mobile phones act as an appropriate platform where people can always stay in tough however long the distance is, but a wise man should know when to put down his phone.

班级里几位同学都带来了流行的.手机，还为自己的手机套上一件外衣，装扮的多姿多彩。一下课，我就围上去与他们交谈，看看他们左发发短信右玩玩游戏，我经不住诱惑，，跟他们讲：“借我玩玩吧!”他们借我玩一会儿，我一拿到手机，左摸摸，右看看的，对手机百般喜爱，开始玩游戏，正当玩到惊险刺激的时候“唰”手机空空如也，原来手机被抽掉了，我装出一副可怜的表情，谁知他们不领情，一转身离去了。过了一会儿，我意外发现我斜对面桌子上有一部手机，我悄悄走过去，一伸手便拿过来，可是一开手机，发现九宫格密码锁，顿时，恨不得将手机摔个粉碎，不过，再怎么我也摆回去了。哎，我好渴望拥有你啊手机!
家里，爸爸用苹果5S在和别人聊天，妈妈拿着三星手机与别人通话，看到这一幕，我再也忍不住了，于是对爸爸说：“老爸，给我买一部手机吧!我真的很想要。”可是老爸说：“莹莹，儿童不能用手机，伤眼睛，所以你还是不要要了。”说完，又继续和别人聊天了。

但是是，如此短暂，如此渺小的一分钟，又可以做些什么呢？不错，好多人都会提出这个问题。短短的一分钟，可以做的事情实在是太多太多了——记一个较短的英语单词；牢记一个生字或者一个生词的`解释；多看几面书，提高你的知识水平；或者少睡一分钟，就可以早一分钟到学校学习知识；或者少玩一分钟的游戏，去多看一些名著或课外书；或者少听一分钟的音乐，去难题的大山上奋勇直上吧；或者少闷在家里看电视一分钟，去户外见识见识大自然的奥妙；或者少聊一分钟的天，去背诵一下那些经典的文言文；或者少发一分钟的呆，在沉思一下人生的哲理吧；或者少吃一分钟零食，去运动场上呼吸呼吸新鲜空气，运动运动吧……等等。
一分钟，确实很短暂，确实很渺小。但是是，一分钟做的事情实在是太多了，数不胜数！假如一天能挤出三分钟来看书，三分钟能看8面书，一星期能看56面书，一个月能看224面书，一年就能看2688面书！2688面，一个多么庞大的数字，没有人会想到它是一丁点一丁点地“挤”出来的！所以说，时间就像海绵一样，只要你肯挤，总还是有的。你只要多积攒一些“一分钟”，聚沙成塔，所取得的成就便会是非常巨大的。
一分钟，其实可以做好多的事……
