有了切身的经验我更明白了，要有健康的身体，就要有适当的运动习惯，但也要注意别运动过度，若是太过了，岂不造成反效果吗？运动要有恒，否则一暴十寒，那么，即使运动了也没有什么作用。

（1）原句中有be动词的，将be动词提前，其他顺序不变。
