刘浩然17岁的时候就练了高三，而我那会儿还是一个高二的不懂事的孩子。初次知道刘浩然这个好学生还是在电影《北京爱情故事》中宋歌这一角色了解到的，他颜值又很高，加上他年纪很小，他总是会给人一种阳光大男孩的感觉。而且听说因为他从小就爱蹦蹦跳跳的，所以他的爸妈就送他去学习舞蹈。因此他高中所读的学校是北京舞蹈学院附中。舞蹈的训练那是非常折麽人，的我也深深的感受过。而刘浩然就更不用说了，他对自己要求非常的苛刻。他经常会拉伤肌肉，还有扭伤脚筋。但是不管受了多么大的伤有多么的痛，他都会坚持。因为他去了北京舞蹈学院附中后，很多同龄人都比较优秀，所以让他一时找不到自己的存在感。他明白只有让自己更努力去学习才能变得和他们一样优秀。因为还比较喜欢他，有时会关注与他相关的娱乐新闻。于是看到他的经历，他在一次汇演排练中受伤了，老师让他换一个舞蹈位置怕他伤势加重，可是如果这样的话，其他的同学就要重新排练。他为了不耽误大家和演出的时间，他坚持原来的舞蹈位置。忍着伤痛，跳完全场。演出结束后，他在床上躺了好久。他在做份坚强与坚持，作为同龄人的我，从来都没有过。我必须向他学习他身上的坚持。一个努力又优秀的好学生，是无法让老师不爱他的。所以正是有了老师的推荐他才有机会被选上《北京爱情故事》宋歌这一角色。这也是他人生中的第一部电影。而且第一次演电影的他就得到了前辈们对我好评，比如梁家辉评论他是这样讲的："他虽然没有经过任何专业表演顺利，但他的表演节奏和情绪都控制的很好。"这样的评价，已经是非常的高了。从此他也慢慢的开始进入娱乐圈，《真正男子汉》是他的综艺首秀，说实话节目里其他的人都是比较的强壮，他年龄又最少，很多粉丝都会担心他的。没想到他的\'表现非常的好，而且他的率真个性也为节目制造了不少热点。而最近的《高能少年团》中他的表现也十分的率真，而且还看到了他的高智商。
有时候人与人的差距，不是在于成长环境和家庭背景，而是在于自己的努力程度。刘浩然现在不也是和我一样是一个二十岁的在读的大学生吗，可是不一样的是，他的成绩优秀，是很多人天上那颗耀眼的星。而我却是淹没在人海中毫不出众的一个普通学生。都是二十岁的学生，我们唯一相同的，可能就只有年龄和学生身份。然后这种差距是我的不努力和我的坚持造成的。他在忍着伤痛，努力坚持练习舞蹈的时候，而我在为了那一点点小小的伤痛就放弃，而迷茫在未知路途中；他在用他的优秀成绩告诉大家，即使是自己没有学过的东西，努力尝试也会成功的时候，而我在害怕和拒着未走过的这条路和那条路上的太多不适合自己的因素。正因为如此我们的差距拉的越来越大，就算是在此刻他依然在努力的拍戏，或者是做其他努力的事情。而我却在感慨，这也在拉大我们的差距。我想我也应该努力了，比我优秀的人都在努力，我有什么理由无动于衷。
