This is my first week in ** Senior Middle School.Everything here is new for me.Our school is an old school but it`s very beautiful.I have 50 new classmates in my class.They`re all very excellent, I think, and I felt a little sad.Because I`m too common.But come to think of it,it`s a very good thing.I believe I can also be very excellent if I study with such excellent classmates.I didn`t know why Ms *** chose me to be the committee of study.But I know it`s a good chance for me to raise my ability.All I can do is do my best in the future.I am sure that Ms *** and my classmates can help me when I do something wrong. Because they`re all very kind.It`s a pleasure to work and study with them.I`m really very happy.I`m not an outstanding student in this class,but I can do the same thing like others.I believe I won`t make anyone disappointed.

早上，烟雨蒙蒙，我们经过一小时的车程，终于到达了增城荔枝文化村！老师与我们讲了注意事项和集中时间后，我们就按每个小组兴高采烈地各自分散了。

我们小组首先迫不及待地来到了“乘风破浪”。听着坐在“小船”上的同学们发出一次次的尖叫声，有些组员想打“退堂鼓”了。是啊，这三谷四峰能令谁不怕呢？可是每个机动游戏都排着长长的“人龙”。没办法，我只好带着组员们井然有序地排队。

不一会儿，就轮到我们了。咱们组六个人，刚好能坐满“小船”。“嘀嘀嘀”，游戏开始了。“小船”往后一退,滑到了后面的＂高峰“，停顿了两秒。然后往前一冲，翻过了”山峰“，跌到了”山谷“，再连续翻”山峰“，跌”山谷“。罗品吓得尖叫起来：”啊——“肖青紧闭着眼，样子像是在哭，嘴里还不住地说：”A！B！C......"我的心倒是不知跑哪儿去了,整个人失去了重心。天啊！准备滑上另一端的最高峰了，咱们准备接受挑战吧！滑上最高峰，我尖叫得声嘶力竭，震耳欲聋！一冲下去，再翻“山峰”，跌“山谷”，折腾了许久，我们才摇摇晃晃地下了“船”。

我带着惊魂未定的'组员们来到了湖边游船。船在缓缓地前进，映入眼帘的是绿树绿水。也不知道这水是不是被树木染绿了，调皮的我用手捧起湖水看个究竟，不料，是透明的。忽然，我想起了课文里的一些句子，就朗诵起来：“漓江的水真静啊......”毕竟是第一次坐船，就是好玩！船绕着小岛游了一圈，才回到岸上。

时间转眼就过去了。到了集中时间，我和组员们恋恋不舍地离开了增城荔枝文化村。

增城荔枝文化村真是好玩啊！

Thank you for offering me education and teaching me how to be a man. You always inspire me not by words， but by what you have done! 我敬佩的.人是我的妈妈。她是一位英语老师。她很受学生的欢迎，因为她花了很多时间在功课上，而且很幽默。学生都很喜欢她的课。

My mum is not only a good teacher, but also a great mother. She is patient with me and always smiling while talking. My mum teaches me how to think independently and helps me to build up my confidence. When I have some difficulties in my studies, it is my mum who encourages me to work until I solve the problem. When I’m feeling sad or bad, it is also my mum who looks after me with care.

我的妈妈不仅是一位好老师，也是一位伟大的母亲。她对我很有耐心，说话时总是面带微笑。我妈妈教我如何独立思考，帮助我建立我的信心。当我在学习上有困难的，这是我妈妈鼓励我直到我解决问题。当我感到悲伤或糟糕的，也是妈妈照顾我。

I remember when I caught a fever at midnight last year, my mum took me to the hospital as fast as she could. When we got home after my injection, it was about 5 o’clock in the early morning. My mum only slept 2 hours because she had to wake up at 7 o’clock to prepare breakfast for me, and then she went to work. She must be very tired that day.

我记得当我去年在半夜发高烧，妈妈以最快的速度带我去医院。当我打完针回到家时，已经差不多凌晨五点。妈妈只睡了2个小时，因为她不得不在七点起床为我准备早餐，然后她去工作。她那天一定很累。
