I went on a trip to Hainan today with my family .We went there by plane. After we got off the plane, we went to the beach to see the beautiful sand and swim there. There were other people there too. Some people were surfing and some people were diving in the deeper part of the sea. Afterwards we had lunch at a seafood restaurant near the beach. We ate seafood like shrimps and craps, and drank some abalone soup.We all didn\'t want to go home because the scenery was so beautiful, and there were so many other exciting things to try,but sadly it was time for us to go. It was definitely an exciting trip.If I have a chance to go there again, i will be more than happy to visit the place again.

It was a sunny day. We decided to have a picnic outside the city. In the morning, we took an early bus to Nanhui. It was quite a colorful world. there were GREen trees, orange leaves,red peach blossoms.
At noon, we reached the place, we sat by the river bank and took out a lot of things, such as bread, orange juice, apples, cakes, eggs and so on.But all of a sudden, it began to rain. Unluckily there was no shelter nearby. We had to take a bus to go back home in a hurry.
What an unforgettable picnic it was!

we left home quite early in order to avoid the traffic jam.about two hours later, we came to a nice place. it was near a river. we put our bicycles under the trees and went swimming. it was a very hot day. the water was very refreshing.
after having a swim, we had lunch in the cool shade under the trees. then we went for a walk. we didn't come back home until the night fell.
上周末，我们去乡下野餐。我们带上了几个三明治和几瓶水午饭时吃。当然我们也没有忘记带上一些水果。我们甚至还带了几个西红柿和几条黄瓜。
为了避开交通高峰，我们很早就出发了。大约过了两个小时，我们来到了一个不错的.地方。它附近有一条河，我们把车子放在树下就去游泳。天气很热，河水使人振奋。
游完泳，我们在树荫下吃了午饭。然后我们去散步。直到夜幕降临，我们才回家。

and jumped into the water. it was hot, but the water made us refreshed. after we swam around:'the river, we were tired.
we took out the sandwiches and water, and had our picnic in the shade under the trees. the most popular food are sausages and tomatoes.
after lunch we took a walk. there we saw many beautiful flowers and GREen grass. we smelled sweet air. how nice the picnic was!
我们骑车花了约两个小时，终于到了野外那个美丽的地方。那里有一条小河，河水清澈，真是个游泳的好地方。我们把自行车往地上一搁，就跳进河里。天气真热，河水让人感到舒爽。游了几个来回，我们有些累了。
我们拿出准备好的三明治和水，开始在树阴下野餐。最受欢迎的食品是香肠和西红柿。
午饭后，我们散步。在那儿我们看见许多漂亮的花和碧绿的草，我们闻到空气的芬芳。多么愉快的野餐啊!

一幅名叫《羡慕》的`漫画使我想了很多。两只鱼缸里的鱼一直在互相羡慕，永不满足自己所处的环境。其实，我们人也是一样。人们都羡慕亚运会得金牌最多的沈坚强，他每次下水前都至少打五针封闭，正是在痛苦中创造了奇迹;人们都羡慕一路辉煌的邓亚萍，她每天比别人多付出两个小时的训练时间，正是用汗水铺就了成功之路。从他们身上，我们能够看到奋斗的力量，从而产生超越。羡慕作为这样一种健康向上的精神活动，可以指导人的实际行动，让人们在彼与此的对比中永不自满不断向前，有力地推动社会的进步。因此，我们不能拒绝羡慕。
通常情况下，人们总是会羡慕比自己出色的人，渴望模仿，从而不断提高自己。羡慕的对象并不一定非伟人、科学家一类的巨星不可，也可以是在普通岗位上默默奉献的平凡人物，只要他的事迹对社会产生了积极意义，都可以成为我们羡慕学习的对象。

“临渊羡鱼，不如退而结网。”古老的谚语一语道破了天机。羡慕终归是羡慕，只有加上不断的努力才能达到提高自我的目的。对选择的偶像也要辩证地对待，无论怎样的光芒四射，他毕竟不是圣人，只能是取其精华去其糟粕，才能不断完善自己。 羡慕的内容也应该是健康向上的。如果盲目羡慕不法之徒的以权谋私，钱权交易，也渴望着有一天自己也这么干一次，那么这羡慕就不是好事而是坏事了。一味羡慕别人去追求奢侈的物质享受，这样的羡慕也是一个不小的错误，终将不利于自己的提高。 《羡慕》作为一幅讽刺性漫画，重要的不是形式，而是人们能从中得到什么，我想这才是作者的目的所在。作为人，我们是完全有能力正确处理“羡慕”这个问题的。不能没有羡慕，但也不能一味羡慕。给自己一份信心，再去拥有一份美丽的羡慕，就可以拥抱明天的太阳。
