写人的文章应注意以下几点。
1.交代清楚他是什么人，如他的年龄、性别、外貌、职业、性情，及与自己的.关系。
2.要写出人物的特点，就是要写出这个人与其他人不同的地方。只有把特点写出来了，才能给读者留下深刻的印象，文章也才能与众不同，有新意。
3.要通过具体的事件来表现人物，决不能像老师给你写品德评语那样来写人。所选的事件要能充分表现这人性格和品质。当你把事情写好了，人物也就写好了。我来回忆一下《三顾茅庐》一文，刘备第三次要到隆中去，张飞是“嚷到”，而刘备是“生气”，特别是到了诸葛亮门口，刘备的言行、以及后来他和诸葛亮“同桌吃饭、同榻睡觉”这些事情上来说明刘备是多么的尊重人才。
4.要抓住人物细微的动作及其变化，给予具体，生动的描写。即抓住细节刻画人物，使原来比较平板、模糊的形象变得栩栩如生，有血有肉。还是《三顾茅庐》，刘备“离诸葛亮住处还有半里就下马步行”“轻轻敲门”“轻轻走进去”“恭恭敬敬”的“站着等候”，诸葛亮醒来后“快步”走进草堂，这一段的细节描写，充分能够体现刘备对诸葛亮的尊重和求贤若渴的心情。
5.在进行人物语言描写时，要符合人物的身份和性格，因为不同的年龄、职业、性格等的人物，他们所讲的话是不同的，即使是同一个人，在不同的情况下所讲的话也是不同的。（张飞的说话，刘备的说话）
6.要紧紧扣住人物的特点和文章所要表达的中心思想来写人，不要想到什么就写什么，马虎拼凑，拉拉杂杂，更不能重复罗嗦，画蛇添足，使人看了不知在说什么。

假如你在一间书店(该书店卖各种杂志和书籍里打工，书店的老板是一个英国人。
每天很少顾客光顾，书店老板请你提出一些吸引顾客的建议。
