最近，“中国人民大学将大学汉语课由必修变选修”成了人们热议的话题，一时间，诸如“不重视母语教育”之类的质疑声四起。
这几年，类似热议并不鲜见，个中缘由也不难理解。语文教育，承载的不仅是听说读写这类基本技能，更是对本国历史文化的传承发展。“语文变选修”所引发的争议，更多源自公众对母语水平下降的担忧，特别是在全球化日趋紧密，西方文明强势影响的背景下，语文的“弱势地位”难免会引发出于文化自觉的本能对抗。
尽管如此，人大所做的改革也并无不妥之处。我们通常理解的'语文教育，更多应该是指中小学的教育，高等教育理应承担更深入和专业的学术训练。正如人大所回应的那样，大学语文不应简单地变成“高四语文”，更注重学生人文素养的培育和专业应用能力的提升，给学生提供个性化的选择。
事实上，很多大学开设语文课，在于学生语文能力存在短板。有媒体报道，湖北一高校的现代汉语课，讲解内容竟是拼音字母、声调符号之类，写“点”“撇”“捺”，这虽属极端个案，但不妨想想，自己是不是时常提笔忘字？是不是写篇小文却发现不知从何说起？当下国民整体语文能力下降，应为不争的事实，造成这样的原因，显然不应是大学，而是中小学教育和互联网文化的兴起。
前者不难理解，受制于教学大纲和高考指挥棒的约束，中小学语文教育往往过于注重应试功能，有了“标准答案”的语文教育，难免会丧失其丰富的教育意义。然而出于录取的公平起见，这种沿袭多年的教学方式，也有其可取之处。事实上，语言文字一旦被套上考试的框框，其灵活性和创造力都会受到影响，古代的八股取士，如今的ABCD，莫不如是。
相比而言，互联网文化的兴起产生的影响虽不直接，但更深远。当下，习惯了电脑输入法的键盘族、拇指族，除了签名之外，哪里会用到笔；电影、动漫等娱乐文化的兴旺，压缩了太多阅读的时间；微博、微信等互联网产品，让文字越来越短，静心读篇散文已成奢侈。而母语能力下降的现象，并非中国大陆独有，香港、台湾等汉语圈莫不如是。
从这点其实也不难发现，语文教育的问题，并不在语文自身，而在于如何能够从各种束缚和影响中松绑，这恐怕也是改革的难点所在。

一天，阿姨带我和妹妹一起去吃麦当劳。吃完之后，就去了新华书店。上到三楼的时候，妹妹就说："我要买水彩笔。"给妹妹买了水彩笔后，我们三人就去看书，忽然我发现了一本书《探索发现大百科》，立刻拿来看，里面的内容吸引住了我。小姨见我看得如此入神，问我想不想买，我马上点头要。
回到家，我迫不及待地就拿来看，里面有好多内容，如自然探索，秘境追踪,环球风情，科技奥秘，文明寻奇，等等，包罗万象，不仅给我带来了丰富的知识，还给我带来了不同的视觉效果。
我觉得看了这本书之后，我的眼界开阔了。
