平时韩教练对我们非常好，可有时他也非常厉害。有一次我在和一些聋哑运动员打手语，瞎比划，被老师发现了，他便严厉地对我说：“再不好好练习，马上回家。”我只好再去练习了。还有一次我夹着鼻塞游泳，教练看了我一眼说：“学了这么多天，还戴着鼻塞，白学了？”我一听，便乖乖的拿掉鼻塞，又继续练习。
韩教练不但严厉，而且很幽默。一天，大家在练蛙泳腿，教练要求蹬腿要有力，腿划开的.面积要大，可我们懒洋洋地蹬水，动作一点也不标准，教练风趣地说：“你们哪里是蛙泳腿？分明是蛤蟆腿啊！”大家听了之后，情不自禁地哈哈大笑，认真练习起来。
教练也很关心我们。一次，一个同学不小心，把另一个同学的鼻子踢流血了，教练连忙拿来药棉，赶紧帮着止血，血终于被止住了，我们悬在半空中的心终于落了下来。

我一见到游泳池，就像鱼儿见到水一样，迫不及待地“扎”进了游泳池。“哇，水好凉啊！”游泳池内传来了我的惊呼。我在游泳池里快活得游来游去，仿佛来到了人间仙境。这时，我发现不会游泳的妈妈正坐在岸边看着我游泳，我突发奇想：我要教妈妈游泳。说干就干，我游到岸边后对妈妈说：“妈妈，我来教你游泳吧。”妈妈忽然眼睛一亮，说道：“太好了，我也正想学游泳呢。”
我开始教妈妈游泳了。我对妈妈说：“首先，我们先来练习闷水，现在开始。1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10，再来……”经过妈妈的努力与我的鼓励,她终于可以闷半分钟的`水了。
“现在，你将双手放在岸上，双腿绷直打水，并尝试着放开一只手。”只见妈妈双手紧紧抓这岸边的栏杆，两只脚有力地拍打着碧波荡漾的水面。渐渐的，渐渐的，她将一只手放下岸来。“太好了，妈妈可以浮在水面上了！”我在心中暗自叫喜。
最后，我决定让妈妈游游看。我像离弦的箭一样“飞射”了出去，给妈妈演示了一遍。“你游游看。”我满怀期待地对她说。妈妈点了点头，使出浑身解数向前游去，可是她还没游10米，就停了下来——游不动了……
走在回家的路上，妈妈信心满满地对我说：“我一定会学好游泳，感谢你这个小教练。”此时，我的心中有着无法用语言表达的激动与喜悦，因为我当上了妈妈的游泳教练，还教会了妈妈许多游泳本领，我将会尽心尽力地教她游泳，不负自己的“教练”之称。
