8月1日，我们一行人乘坐春秋航班，来到了梦寐以求的海滨城市──青岛。那是一座依山傍水的美丽山城，那里有一望无际的海水浴场，有风景秀丽的崂山，还有精巧别致的红瓦绿树，真不愧为避暑度假的好地方。
我们先来到闻名的“海上名山”的崂山。我们的车行驶在崂山的盘山公路上，窗外群峰耸立，山海相接；山脚下海浪阵阵，波涛滚滚。我感到像到了人间仙境一样，令人心旷神怡。
登山了，我们沿着山路往上爬。不久，一排瀑布骤然出现在眼前，那瀑布就像巨龙飞腾，气势磅礴。这就是著名的“龙潭瀑布”，果真名不虚传，那宏伟的`气势就像“飞流直下三千尺”般壮丽。
第二天，我们来到了海滨浴场冲浪。青岛的海边美丽极了：天是一片蓝玉，海是一块翡翠，远望水天相连，蔚为壮观。我们踩在细软的沙滩上，奔向那向往已久的大海。
大海卷起一层层美丽的浪花，呼啸着向沙滩打来，一眨眼它又逃了回去，就像一群顽皮的孩子打闹着。这时，一个一米多高的大浪拥上来，我赶紧把身体背过去，一浪过去了，我就向前走几步。不一会儿，又一排大浪冲来，我赶紧往回跑……我们在海浪声中相互扑打嬉戏，绿海碧波留下了我们欢乐的笑声，那感觉正是爽极了。
青岛之旅给我留下了深刻的印象，要开学了，我多希望能有一个像去旅游那样快乐的新的开始啊！
In August 1st, we took a spring and autumn flight to the coveted coastal city of Qingdao. It is a beautiful mountain, where there are endless beach, a beautiful scenery of Laoshan, there are exquisite red trees, really is a good place for summer vacation.
We first come to the famous "famous mountain" in Laoshan. We were driving in the Laoshan mountain road, mountain peaks standing outside the window, the sky; at the foot of the mountain waves blowing and billowing waves. I felt like I was in the fairyland of the world, and I was delightful.

st summer holiday, I took a trip to Yunnan. It is in the southern part of our country .It is really a very beautiful place grand mountains, clean rivers and kind people. Trees and flowers are seen everywhere. Every year there are lots and lots of visitors.Maybe you have heard about Shi Lin (stone forests. There are all kinds of strange stones. Some of the small stones look like graceful girls; and the big stones look like handsome men. Other stones look like cats, peafowls, double-edged swords, mice,
elephants and so on. Of all the stones, the stone like a beautiful girl in a legend is the most famous .Its name is A Shima.
I also went to Li Jiang. The roads in that city are just like the Eight Diagrams. Any road in the city goes to the center of Li Jiang. A river runs through the whole city. If you go along the river, you'll never get lost. There are many ethnic minority people in Yunnan. They are very cordial. And they all like singing and dancing. We danced with them around the campfire that night. I really had a good time.
I like the elephants and fruits there best. An elephant is even taller than me! I even mounted the elephant, though I was very afraid at first. But the elephant seemed very friendly. I took some photos with it. The fruits there are very fresh and delicious. They are very good for our health.
The trip to Yunnan impressed me GREatly. I will never forget it.

In recent years, tourism has developed rapidly in China. Many people believe that tourism produce positive effects on economic growth and we should try our best to promote tourism. But what these people fail to see is that tourism may bring about a disastrous impact on our environment. As for me, I'm firmly convinced that too much tourists bring harm to the environment.
The bad impact of tourism on the environment has mainly expressed itself in various ways. One way is the proceof exploiting a new scenic spot. In order to attract tourists, a lot of artificial facilities have been built, which have certain unfavorable effects on the environment. This proceusually breaks the ecological balance of the area. In some mountainous places, trees are being cut down to build hotels for others to see and explore the beauty of the mountains. Then land slides and mud-rock flows come up. Another way the development of tourism has damaged the environment occurs when tourists go to scenic spots. Some tourists don't have the awareneto protect the environment, and ignorantly throw their garbage here and there. Some people even kill the local wildlife to eat, which badly damages the balance of the natural environment.
It is wrong to sacrifice the environment for the growth of tourism. We must keep in mind that too much tourists bring harm to the environment. We need to find a balance between satisfying the needs of tourists and reducing to a minimum the pollution they cause.

Will Tourism Bring Harm to the Environment? Tourism has developed by leaps and bounds in the past decades in the whole world. Therefore, the issue of whether the tourism will bring harm to the environment is becoming a matter of concern. As for me, I hold that the tourism does more harm than good to the world. In the first place, the more places we travel to , the more pressure will be added to the environment. Take Dunhuang as an example, the greatest scourge these days comes from the tourists who swarm here by the busload , bring destructive amounts of carbon dioxide and moisture into the caves along with their eagernefor a glimpse of ages past . Secondly, It has become fashionable for travelers to drive a private car to the place they want to . In this case ,a large number of cars are mushroomed in the road and it cause twice as much as air pollution .At this speed ,we may live in a world which is full of dirty air instead of fresh air. In sum , although tourism is playing an indispensable we`d better try to limit role in the society , I still believe that its speed according to the harm that brings to the environment.
The world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Bird flu and Sars are two typical examples that environmental destruction may threaten our life. Besides, forest destruction , water and air pollution result in decrease of planting land and unpleasant weather.
Serious as the problem seems, we can come up with some measures to deal with it. First of all, the authorities should adopt the policy of "sustainable development", and laws concerning environmental protection should be put into effect and enforced strictly just as our government has been doing.
What' s more, every citizen should realize the seriousneof the problem and make concerted efforts to protect our environment. In addition, planting trees helps improve and beautify the environment.

记得那是去年暑假的时候，我正在北京游乐场狂欢。正好赶上那里的“蹦极节”，有一项108米的蹦极项目，来者必须参加。看到这个告示牌，我真恨不得自己穿上隐身衣，消失不见。谁不懂我恐高啊？
很快，我就乘电梯到了108米高的蹦极区，工作人员麻利地帮我系好安全绳和其他装备。
我站在边缘，却迟迟迈不出这一步，我仰天长呼了一口气，望了下去，只见人群稠密，如蚂蚁一般。碧绿的潭水想浓缩成了小小的一个圈。我只感觉到我浑身剧烈的颤抖着，眼前发黑，脚已经不听使唤了。一个工作的阿姨见我这副模样，亲切的安慰我说：“孩子，跳吧，不会有危险的。”我尽力使自己平静下来，死死地咬住自己的嘴唇，皮都破了。这时，我看见对面的一面铁墙上挂着一条横幅“挑战自我，超越生命巅峰！”是呀，挑战自我。人生最可怕的敌人就是自己了，只有成功的挑战自我，才能成为生命的勇者。尝试吧，就一次！
我深吸了一口气，舒活了一下全身的筋骨。躬下身，两腿张开，正准备跳的时候，只感觉背部一疼，像被人踹了一脚似的。我赶紧把眼睛闭起来。只感觉到自己在急速下坠。
我轻轻睁开眼睛，发现自己已经“飞”出老远。人群越来越大，潭面越来越广。我的`头发被强风凌乱地吹到脑后。
爸妈已经站在竹筏上接我了，我摆了一个“V”的胜利姿势。
“啊！”就当我的鼻尖要碰到潭面的时候，我像被一只有力的手一扯，又弹了回去。“不要啊！”我绝望的惨叫响彻乐园上空，稠密的人群里爆发出一阵阵笑声。这时，我又从空中掉了下来，又上去，又下来，又上去。就这样来回荡了十几次，我总算稳了下来。
工作人员解开了我的一切装备。我一头扑进妈妈的怀里“我成功了！”
是的，我成功了，在这次超越生命巅峰的蹦极中，我找到了真正的我，我成功了！！

开始，我也觉得害怕，但是见人们在上面不仅没有哭，还笑着让爸爸妈妈拍下这珍贵的瞬间。这让我没有了恐惧感，反而让我对这个新事物感到好奇，我当机立断，拿着10元钱向售票阿姨买票。等了近十分钟，终于等到售票阿姨叫到20号，一位叔叔帮助我穿上专用服装，服装紧得让我丝毫不敢怠慢。接着，他就把我身上服装的环与蹦极架上的环相扣，又将我升高，在升上去的时候，我确实有些害怕，见姐姐在一旁吓的直哆嗦，我想：我得给我的弟弟妹妹还有我那胆小的姐姐做榜样！……还来不及我多想，突然有一只手在我的脚下用力拽了一下，蹦极架上的弹力带把我送得老高，坠到弹力床上时，我又猛地一跳，弹力带又向前一次一样，把我送的很高很高，我当时因为一时紧张，手心手背全是冷汗，也记不清当时跳得有多高，但根据我的直觉，少说也有二三米高，每当上去是我总是胆战心惊。跳着跳着，我开始和表弟比比谁跳得高，结果我总是比不过表弟，毕竟他以前玩过，也比较多。最后，我们越比越起劲儿，竟开始比起了翻跟头……
五分钟到了，我意犹未尽地从蹦极架上下来，在喧闹的人群中恋恋不舍的回家了……
