我自幼就喜欢画画，但不是像现在这样。那时候，我还只是画些稀奇古怪的东西，比如：没有耳朵的大象，鸭嘴人，狗和兔子的结合等。
当我上一年级的时候，才画些比较正经的东西。那时的我比较胆小，自己在画画的时候不敢让别人看，有人来找我玩的时候，我吓得干脆不画了，直到三年级时，才敢让别人看我画的画。然而，他们和我想象的截然不同，他们并没有嘲笑我，而是夸赞我，鼓励我，同学之间的这种友谊给了我很大的动力，使我树立了信心，更加喜欢画画了了
有一次，我们学校举行一次比赛具体什么题目我忘记了，从此我画的画就名扬全校了我依然还记得我们班获得了全校第一，我自然很高兴，但不是因为我的画，而是我们全班的努力换来的掌声和荣誉。
现在，我已经是五年级的学生了，变得越来越大胆了，我仍旧喜欢画画，并且天天都要画上那么几幅，作品也曾获过奖。
那次的比赛，使我受益匪浅，改变了我原本内向的性格，从此与同学嘻嘻笑笑，其乐融融……
这就是画画给我带来的乐取。
