大家早晨好
今天早晨，我在国旗下讲话的题目是《友善待人》。
“友善”是人际交往中必须具备的道德规范，如果人们都能以“与人为善“的态度去处理日常生活中各种各样的人际关系，我们的生活都会充满阳光。
如果你想做一个愉快的孩子，让自己的身边都充满欢乐，就用你一颗友善的心去对待他人。那么，在和别人打交道时，如何做到“与人为善”呢?首先，要学会宽容。宽容就是人与人之间相处时能充分的理解他人、体谅他人，拥有宽阔的胸怀。同学们生活在一起，产生一点摩擦是正常的。俗话说牙齿和舌头也会“打架”，但是矛盾发生后，应该学会忍耐、包容、体谅他人，不能斤斤计较，应该让矛盾迅速化解，也就是人们常说的：“退一步海阔天空”。所以，我们应该学会宽容，使自己的周围充满欢乐。其次，在平时生活中，应该学会说：“对不起”。你可别小看这三个字，它的作用可大了，在处理同学关系时有着出奇的效果。
我们每个人都希望生活在友好、愉快的氛围中，都希望自己的周围充满善良、宽容和温馨……这就需要我们每一个同学以友善的态度与同学相处、与老师相处、与家人相处，共同营造一个心情舒畅，处处温暖和谐的生活环境。同学们，让我们学会友善待人，使我们的集体变得更加美好。

I get early last Sunday.I take a bus to the zoo with my parents.We see many kinds of animals there,like elephants,pandas,lions,tigers … Some of them are very cute,but some are ugly.Some are scary,but some are friendly.My favorite animal is the panda.It is very cute and shy.My father takes a photo for me with the panda.I am tired when I get home,but I have a good time in the zoo.

Yesterday was Sunday and it was a fine day.My parents and I visited the zoo.We went by bus.We started out at 8:00 in the morning and got there at 8:30.There were many people in the zoo.Some were watching the animals,some were playing games and others were resting under the trees.We went to watch the birds first.Then we came to see the monkeys.They were very lovely.We also saw the tigers and the lions.We saw many animals in the zoo.We felt very happy.

在茂密的大森林里，生活着梅花鹿一家——鹿爸爸、鹿妈妈、鹿宝宝。他们早晨起床后，外面觅食，太阳落山后回到家里，尽享天伦之乐。可是，有一天，时间很晚了，鹿宝宝还没有回家。鹿爸爸、鹿妈妈不见孩子的踪影，十分焦急。
鹿宝宝到底去哪了？原来，鹿爸爸、鹿妈妈还有鹿宝宝在分头去觅食的时候，鹿宝宝被一个猎人盯上了，而他一点儿感觉也没有。鹿宝宝边找食，边不知不觉地就走到了森林深处。猎人看时机成熟，只听“梭”的一声，箭正好射在小鹿的腿上，顿时，鲜血直流！“好疼啊！”小鹿撕心裂肺地叫着。可猎人并不理它，而在一旁哼起了小曲。
天渐渐暗了，小鹿好着急啊！它对猎人说：“地球不光生活着人类，也生活着我们这些小动物。现在，已经有那么多种动物快要灭绝了，就连我们已经所剩无几了！吃果子狸得了非典，吃候鸟得了禽流感……你们再这么伤害我们，这对你们自己有好处吗？”猎人被问得哑口无言，惭愧地说：“从今以后我再也不捕***动物了，我还要劝周围的人也爱护动物！”接着，他帮小鹿包扎好伤口，把它放了。
鹿宝宝赶紧回家，又回到了爸爸妈妈的身边。从此，它们又过上了幸福快乐的生活。而那个猎人呢？果真不再打猎，还成了保护动物协会的会员呢！

Elephant is the largest animal on land today. It weights some ninety kilograms and is about one metre high when born.
When it is 12 years old, it studs over three meters and does not grow any more. Elephant is usually grey in color, having a long trunk with large ivory tusks protruding from each side of its mouth. Usually moving in groups and caring for each other, Elephant is know to be a very and gentle creamre. For many years people have used the strength of these poweful animals to move trees and heavy logs. Elephant has been and is a vital tool for people to do many things that would normally be imposs-ible.
Elephant is and will continue to be one of the greatest creatures man has ever come into contact with. Its size. beauty, and power willforever be useful to man.

今天我讲话的主题是友善待人，和睦相处。
同学们，友善待人，和睦相处是我们中华民族的传统美德。我们每个人都争取做一个友善待人，与他人和睦相处的文明使者，让我们校园的文明之花看得更加鲜艳。
人的一生会碰到许许多多来自别人的"对不起"。在公共汽车上，有人不小心踩了你的脚;在班集体中，有同学无意的弄坏你的书本;在雨中行走，别人不小心溅了你一身泥水;在食堂吃饭时，有同学不小心将菜汤碰翻到了你的衣服上;课间同学们言谈中无意间一句话伤害了你的感情……这些都需要你用友善的态度对待来自别人的"对不起"，宽容、谅解别人，而不能心胸狭隘，更不可以怨相报。
那么在我们生活、学习的这个校园大家庭中，应该怎样争当"友善"的使者呢?首先，同学之间要相互信任，和睦相处。要善于发现别人的长处，能听取别人的合理建议，发现自己的意见与别人不同时，不要固执己见，强词夺理，要做到以理服人。不能给同学取外号，更不能讥笑和戏弄那些有生理缺陷的同学，不做那些只图自己快乐，而给别人带来痛苦的事。不传播一些不利于团结的话，更不能在背后说别人的坏话。
其次，同学之间遇到矛盾要坦诚相待，主动化解。生活中难免会出现一些不愉快的事情，遇到矛盾，要首先从自己身上找原因，不能一味强调自己的理由，指责别人，更不能拔拳相向，动手打人。
另外，同学们要学会乐于助人，关心他人，要设身处地地为他人着想，学会"换位思考";关心他人，也要选择适当的方式，一句温柔的话语，一个细小的动作，也许就能给人带来宽慰，在他人困难的时候要给予真诚的帮助。
相信我们每位同学都会成为"友善使者"，愿我们的校园遍开"友善之花"!同时，我们也要把友善带到校外，带到社会的每一个角落，让我们在表达友善的同时更多地享受友善。就如学校池塘边的牌子上写的一句格言"为别人鼓掌的人，也是给自己的生命加油"，同学们伸出你的双手为别人鼓掌吧，永远要为自己的生命加油噢。

Do you know what kind of animal I like most? It’s monkey. Monkey is a kind of lovely animal. Many people like monkeys very much. Generally, monkey has small body covered with fur. Some kinds of monkeys have two big eyes and ears and a long tail. I can see them on TV or the zoo. Every time I go to the zoo, I will go to see them. Monkeys often stay in trees and jump between them. They are so lively and favorable. When they are happy, they will act for visitors. It’s very funny.
