我爸爸的职业是一名工人，可我觉得爸爸是一名地地道道的家庭厨师。是家中唯一的“职业”。

爸爸的手艺可是多如牛毛，不计其数。只要每年聚会，过年，爸爸都会大显身手一番。而且还很熟练，没有丝毫差错。桌上不一会儿就摆满了美味佳肴，有香脆的咕噜肉，新鲜的酱牛肉和美味的麻辣豆腐……每次我肚子的“馋虫”都快想一口吞下去，连碟子那浓浓的调味酱油都要舔干净。

无论春节聚会是在我家还是我爷爷家，爸爸首先上桌的都是主菜鸡肉，可不要小看啊！一股香味充满了整个餐桌，尝一口“嗯”太好吃了，胜过餐桌上每一样美味的菜式。

爸爸的手艺可是辛苦磨练而成的。爸爸经常学煮菜，看煮菜节目，看书学煮菜。终于，练得“出神入化”可以和全国厨师比赛了。不过，爸爸只要是煮菜，柴，油，米，盐，醋，酱，茶一定样样齐，蒸，炒，煮一定样样到。这样才有当厨师的气概。

我从小就有一个理想，那就是当一个会做饭做蛋糕，烧龙井虾仁，西湖醋鱼……的厨师。那是因为我爸爸就是一个这样的厨师。小时候一到过年他就会给我烧好吃的。每一次我都吃得满嘴流油还停不下来。但我真正想做一个厨师还是因为一件事。

那是一个天气晴朗的早晨，妈妈告诉我今天家里会来客人。我高兴的一蹦三尺高，一下子就从床上爬起来了，正好看见爸爸从菜场回来。只见他手上拿着好些东西，有鱼有虾！还有很多好吃的。

一回来，他便开始忙碌起来。一会洗鱼洗肉，一会洗菜烧水。我在边上也没什么事干，便只好帮他打打杂。当看到爸爸把食物放在锅中翻炒时，我可羡慕了，真想自己去试试呀！

当爸爸把烧好的鱼端上桌时，一股香味扑面而来，让我流了一大串哈喇子。一嘴菜很快就上齐了，客人们也到了，他们一边吃一边说：“哎呦，想不带你的厨艺又有长进了吗！”这时我就想：长大后我也要做个像爸爸一样的厨师，做出各种菜。

你看，我现在已近在向爸爸的徒弟妈妈学习了呢。我也可以少烧很多菜了！不过我还要继续努力，想着爸爸前进！

If everything goes according to plan you'll be living in Australia in a big house in a small town outside of a big city with a lot of land, a dog, Gwynn and your two beautiful children. Hopefully you have a career in the medical field, maybe doing research in genetics. Gwynn will be a computer programmer and you will be doing alright for yourselves.

However, if things don't go according to plan for you, I wish you all the love, happiness and joy in the world and don't settle for anything less than the best since that is absolutely what you deserve.

我爸爸是一位擅长冷盘的日本料理师傅，从小的时后我爱好的食物就和一般的孩子们不同，我最喜欢吃的是“鲑鱼生鱼片”。

儿时我常到爸爸上班的地方去，我和厨师们都很友好，而且大家似乎都知道我的原则“哪儿有食物，我就在那儿”，每个人见到我的时候便会给我一片海苔呀、一瓶麦茶啦，柜台的姐姐们还会给我山芋冰淇淋呢！它的口感绵密，虽然没有艳丽的色彩，但味道可不得了了呢！芋头的香味清清淡淡的、甜而不腻、吃起来没有巧克力的香甜，却一点都不苦涩，最情有独钟的甜食必定是这些手艺精湛的姐姐们亲手制作的冰淇淋！

我喜欢在卡布里台前看着爸爸切生鱼片，每一刀的精准、每一刀的俐落，宛如热刀切入奶油一样滑顺，每种鱼类爸爸都教我认识，其中我最喜欢的就是鲑了，口感软嫩、入口即化，和其他鱼类的肉质不同；爸爸曾和我说过，吃生鱼片可以了解个性，我喜爱鲑鱼，个性比较随和，喜欢吃海鲡鱼的人个性就比较强硬，你觉得呢？

从小时候舌头就挑剔着各式各类的鱼类，到了现在却变成胃在挑剔食物，一吃到稍微不新鲜的就胃疼，这让我只敢吃爸爸准许的菜色啊！

我未来想到日本亲口尝尝道地的佳肴，日本的食物不仅很和我口味，还色香味俱全呢！虽然在这里吃过了那些从日本传承回来的手艺，但我还是想吃正宗的味道呢！
